Great little spot for a treat!Stopped to get a small treat for my Great Aunt, when a lady in her 90s asks for a small treat you have to deliver. I got her the two recommendations and she loved the White Chocolate Raspberry!Cakes were moist, and in my opinion the perfect size!

We are from out-of town and needed a cake for my mother in laws 70th birthday celebration. The service was fast and the individual helping us was very informative. It was our first time visiting a Nothing Bundt cake and he made our first experience easy and fast. Mostly importantly, we went with the white chocolate raspberry cake and it was delicious, everyone loved it.

Cakes were good just this whole membership thing I’m not even sure salesperson said that we’d be getting free cakes every time we came but after buying found out have to buy 3 cakes to get one free and still got charged all 4 and membership on initial

Started with incorrect change. So i went on a Tuesday and purchased two bundtlets, cookies & cream/snickerdoodle. I gave the cashier a $50 and she mistakenly gave me change for a $20. She got her manager, who in fact is the owner Yomi. The owner comes out and she tells him about the change and rather than lead with an apology he asks the cashier, rt in front of me - "Are you sure?" You may as well just call me a thief, same thing. He proceeds to go over a register training and taking up my time, rather than just pop the register see that my $50 sits atop the $20's give me my change and let me leave. So i get home and one of the cupcakes is noticeably smaller than the other. I woulda let it go but for the prior change issue. I called the store and spoke to Yomi and he doubted my claim again. Went back the next day for a refund but Yomi wasnt there and no employee is empowered to grant a refund without him being there. Left my phone number so he could call me back. No call. So i called the next night. Spoke to Yomi and he said he called the wrong number. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt he twice denied me. Went in. He gave me my refund but not the whiff of an apology. Bad business and i won't return and will give my story whenever the place and/or subject comes up.

If I I could I would rate this place more than 5 stars I would. This place is amazing the cakes are very phenomenal. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a great experience and to try a variety of cakes. Great place

I preordered 4 bundtlets in the morning for afternoon pickup, 2 regular and 2 gluten-free. One GF chocolate chip & one GF lemon raspberry. Imagine my surprise when I open my bag to find 2 GF chocolate chip. I called and the girl clearly didn't care. "We ran out this morning, they should've told you". I was not informed & I had ordered in the morning. "They should've held one for you but I guess they didn't." Her attitude was very much 'oh well, sucks for you' and told me to try again another day but couldn't tell me which day.
I pre-ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it turned out excellent! The cake was so soft, taste great, and she loved it!!

The cashier was very rude. I ordered a carrots bundt. The cashier just said "here" and handed me my bundt with no bag. I asked her, "may I have a bag". She reluctantly gave me a bag. She didnt give or ask about a receipt. If i hadnt had great experiences here many times before, I woild not return.

Horrible business, ran by a horrible manager. Yomi the manager was very rude to the cashier, visibly yelling at them till they had to excuse themselves to hide their tears. I can't believe that I actually paid this company for goods if that's the people they have running their stores. Please do not have your cheap automated answer as it holds no value other than to just pat yourselves on the back for being "engaged with customers."
