Mold was sold with my personal key lime cake. Happy birthday to me, huh? Called and was asked to send the manager a picture and they would call me tomorrow. I definitely understand things happen but the money spent on the normally fresh delicious cakes, serving mold is inexcusable....my suggestion is you monitor and rotate the cakes and maybe check food temps to keep the companies great name intact....you should also empower the team to take care of customers in supervisors or managers absence or don't leave the store without one on shift....bummer I can't enjoy my favorite cake on my birthday due to mold in the cake......

Made an online order for pick up, everything went smoothly. The cakes were perfect, I’ll be ordering a little less frosting next time, but excellent otherwise.

Ordered a cake delivery for my boyfriend who is currently deployed to the border for his birthday, 3 days before it needed to be delivered. Time frame to which it would be delivered was 10:00-12:30, and according to the shop when I called them, I was the only delievery. I thought it would be perfect because he has to leave for his shift by 12:15. I was wrong. The delivery driver left the shop almost 2 hours before it would actually be delivered, and by then, my boyfriend had already left. The cakes will now sit in the hotel lobby until 11pm upon his return. I'm extremely upset that it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to deliver 3 small cakes, when the shop is only 8 minutes away from his location. Don't trust the delivery time, folks. I spent $37 for him to have to wait until an hour before his birthday ends to recieve a cake.

They got the gender wrong on the gender reveal cake. The manager said they don’t have the ability to see the color of rattle on their end and attributed it to a technical error. I double checked and forwarded them my receipt that specifically stated the color of rattle and gender. Placed the order last week and nobody called me or sent an email to ask - they just guessed and put the wrong rattle in there. $55 for an anticlimactic gender reveal - and the manager said they don’t do refunds but that they would give me a $9 store credit that my parents would have to go pick up themselves because “there was nothing wrong with the cake. You just didn’t get the decoration you wanted.”

My son and I went in to buy some bundlets and asked for the birthday bundt as we always get for our April birthdays. We where told they don’t offer them, and then the girl changed her reasoning to having to register the previous year to qualify for the birthday Bundt, when I told her that we have never been told that before. We ended up buying our Bundt (as I had previously asked the girl for) but was denied the birthday mini bundts. This location lost a frequent buying customer for sure. Clearly employees need to be trained on perks for their customers.

I received a carrot cake for my birthday, ordered by my brother from another state. The cake and frosting was delicious. Panda Express was so nice and made sure I got my cake. I will definitely order again.

The manager is NO HELP AT ALL! so rude when trying to solve an issue and the only thing I could get out from him was “you didn’t read it right” when in the web site clearly said “for questions and cancellations call the store” I called to cancel and get a tefund cause I don’t need the cake no more cause I place two orders by mistake… and he just said I can guve you a gift card? I needed a refund not another cake for later. And he hung up on me! Horrible customer service.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered 5 personal sized cakes. Only received 4 and only 2 of the 4 were what we actually ordered. Called immediately and asked for an explanation. How does someone mess up 3 out of 5 cupcakes????? The lady who filled the order said, and I quote “I guess I wasn’t paying attention”! No manager available. Today my husband called and the manager said come in and I’ll replace the one you didn’t get. So apparently we are to pay for the 2 LEMON cakes that nobody ordered and nobody wanted. If you’re going to charge over $6 for a glorified cupcake at least get the damn order right. OR make it right when there are HUGE mistakes made. We ordered very close to closing. I believe the associate threw whatever she had in a bag expecting the Uber driver to catch the flack for it. No accountability. Horrible customer service. Was a frequent customer but I’ll find somewhere else to go from now on.LOL! If you can reply here, YOU can take care of the issue or forward to the appropriate person. Fake, generic reply for the purposes of public view. No intention of doing anything!!! YOU send an email!!!!!

I LOVE nothing Bundt cakes and never have had a bad experience but this location was a bit interesting I walked in the other day and was standing in the front by myself for about 6 min that wasn’t too much of an issue but the lady who finally came seemed under the influence I not exactly sure what the influence was but it was a bit strange. The cakes looked like that had been sitting there for awhile and weren’t the freshest. She handed me a cake and the top of the inside of the container had looked unclean so I asked for a different one. She said it’s just bc they got it out of the freezer. The second one she gave me was the same thing again. Either way or it was just an interesting experience and wasn’t as seamless like when I go to other locations.
