I received a carrot cake for my birthday, ordered by my brother from another state. The cake and frosting was delicious. Panda Express was so nice and made sure I got my cake. I will definitely order again.

The manager is NO HELP AT ALL! so rude when trying to solve an issue and the only thing I could get out from him was “you didn’t read it right” when in the web site clearly said “for questions and cancellations call the store” I called to cancel and get a tefund cause I don’t need the cake no more cause I place two orders by mistake… and he just said I can guve you a gift card? I needed a refund not another cake for later. And he hung up on me! Horrible customer service.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered 5 personal sized cakes. Only received 4 and only 2 of the 4 were what we actually ordered. Called immediately and asked for an explanation. How does someone mess up 3 out of 5 cupcakes????? The lady who filled the order said, and I quote “I guess I wasn’t paying attention”! No manager available. Today my husband called and the manager said come in and I’ll replace the one you didn’t get. So apparently we are to pay for the 2 LEMON cakes that nobody ordered and nobody wanted. If you’re going to charge over $6 for a glorified cupcake at least get the damn order right. OR make it right when there are HUGE mistakes made. We ordered very close to closing. I believe the associate threw whatever she had in a bag expecting the Uber driver to catch the flack for it. No accountability. Horrible customer service. Was a frequent customer but I’ll find somewhere else to go from now on.LOL! If you can reply here, YOU can take care of the issue or forward to the appropriate person. Fake, generic reply for the purposes of public view. No intention of doing anything!!! YOU send an email!!!!!

I LOVE nothing Bundt cakes and never have had a bad experience but this location was a bit interesting I walked in the other day and was standing in the front by myself for about 6 min that wasn’t too much of an issue but the lady who finally came seemed under the influence I not exactly sure what the influence was but it was a bit strange. The cakes looked like that had been sitting there for awhile and weren’t the freshest. She handed me a cake and the top of the inside of the container had looked unclean so I asked for a different one. She said it’s just bc they got it out of the freezer. The second one she gave me was the same thing again. Either way or it was just an interesting experience and wasn’t as seamless like when I go to other locations.

If I could choose to pick no stars for this business I would. Even negative stars. It's not for the lack of quality of cake. Who doesn't love bundt cakes? It is for the dishonest business practices of this owner.A cake was ordered for my daughter in law in August for her birthday by her husband, an Army soldier who is deployed. The cake did NOT arrive on the day it was suppose to. When the store was contacted, they arranged for a delivery a day late. After repeated conversations with the owner, Jami, he initially apologized and indicated he would compensate us for the cake. He declined to send a gift card in the mail, but requested we pick it up the following day. When I went to the store the following day, the gift card was not ready and staff knew nothing of it. I requested the owner call me, which he did and assured me that the card would be available the next day. I went back the next day, was given the card and receipt with an acknowledged value of 53$ for the cake and delivery. It took 3 days and two trips to seemingly resolve this problem.This started on 22 August and today my daughter in law presented with her gift card to purchase a cake. She was told the gift card was only worth 15$ which was compensation for the delayed delivery NOT the cake.I learned of this and called the store. The owner would not let me talk, interrupted me repeatedly and dare to say to me, "don't talk to me like that woman"!Nothing Bundt Cakes sell themselves. It's a formulaic recipe. What's not to like. If you want one in El Paso, take the time to go to the other store. The owner of this store is a liar, his employees are not well trained, he is rude he does NOT believe the most basic rule that "customer is king" and he apparently is not concerned about supporting a deployed soldier's family.You can get a tasty cake at the other franchise.

Absolute worst customer service in this store. The owner is condescending, rude, and most importantly a liar. We ordered a birthday cake that DID NOT arrive the day it was supposed to. We didn't even receive a call from the store to let us know the cake we paid 53 dollars for was not coming. It ended up arriving a day late, what's the use then? We contact the store and they make us come pick up a gift card. We show up, gift card does not exist and the employees know nothing of it. We show up the next day and we are assured the gift card is for 53 dollars to make up for the order we didn't receive. I show up today to buy a cake and the gift card is worth only 15 dlls. This store owner is horrible at speaking to customers, rude, sexist, condescending. Also, he blames his employees for his mistakes as he told us his employees were to blame for the cake not showing up. Having now interacted with this man multiple times over the past month in hopes of resolving this issue, I can assure he's the kind of person to throw someone else under the bus to save his own butt. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different bakery.

Great cakes! Unfortunately, was told some inaccurate information. I was talked into purchasing a reusable bag a few months ago. When used, they gave me a free bundtlet with purchase of 3. I was told I could bring that bag in to any location and they would honor it with no expiration. However, when I went to a different location, I was told that the promotion was no longer valid. When I called this location though, I was told that it still was. Just frustrated at the false information.

If I could give a zero, I would! Coworkers bought me a cake and some of their mini bundts to celebrate me. That was very sweet! We ate the minis at work and I got to take the cake home to share with my family. We'll, let me tell you, when my hubby opened the package, 2 flies came out of the packaging. Wonderful! So of course I'm not going to eat that cake. I called to tell them. I wasn't asking for anything. I just wanted them to know. Well, the person that answered the phone wasn't sure of what to tell me so she had put me on hold twice while she found out what to say to me. In the end, she ended up telling me that I could come and get a new one. I said ok, not that I asked for that. Well, the next day I come in, with my fly infected whole cake to return to them, not a piece missing, still wrapped. The girl in the front tells me that the person I spoke to yesterday was not the manager and they can't give me a cake, but she'll go find out what they can doThis is where I start to get annoyed. So then, she comes out from the back and continues to take on other customers as she waves her hand towards me, gesturing that I'm good... I'm sorry, I'm not good. I have things to do as well. I get more annoyed. We'll, finally the place clears out and then she tells me, oh yeah, the manager said we can't do anything. The flies didn't come from here. Are you kidding me? Yes, I went home, didn't touch the cake and decided to bring it back to you for another one just because. Or maybe I put the flies there? Never again will I shop at this overrated, overpriced and ridiculous place! Attached is the photo of what I was returning. And at this point, not only did they waste the money that was spend on the cake ($36 be a they "decorated" it) plus my time that was wasted. Now I'm beyond annoyed. I'm just done.

When Albertsons completely failed to complete my cake order for my sons 7th birthday I was stuck scrambling to find a solution 45 minutes before his party started. Luckily NBC came through and provided us with mini bundt cakes and a full size bundt in a flash. NBC was quick to get my order together and even listened to me frantically complain about how Albertsons dropped the ball. NBC was also kind enough to gift me a bundlet just for me as an apology for how the other store failed. How kind is that?! So impressed by this store!

I love this place for a delicious serving of bundt cake heaven! Their seasonal flavors are a fun surprise. I am loving the deliciousness that is the peppermint chocolate chip. It is so tasty with the perfect amount of icing. The employees are always very polite and courteous! And yes, I ate half of it before realizing I needed to take a pic! Stop by. You will love it!
