We were there for dinner on Saturday 8/16. This used to be our favorite restaurant but the service and appetizers have gone downhill. The pita served was cold and stale. No extra pita served with our hummus. The hummus wasn't good and my lentil soup was watery and flavorless. Our server was terrible. I guess we're done with Nour. What a shame.

I ordered the grilled Combo and it was amazing! I ordered because, 2 weeks prior, a friend ordered us the same dish with humus and we were left wanting more.
When I arrive not only were they kind, they also offered me an agave drink on the house! Not only an awesome gesture but the drink was delicious and refreshing. I will be ordering in the future and telling others

Very low quality food. My mother ordered the gyro and the meat arrived to the table burned- crispy like leather. We asked for the order to be remade and the waiter brought it back slathered in tzaziki sauce.
I ordered the kafta plate and the meat of the two skewers were cooked so long that there was no natural juice or flavor left.
The nour sauce was great. But, I would never eat here again.

Cozy, family-owned establishment with great food and friendly service. The owner is a most gracious host who is quite welcoming. The gyros and lentil soup were both excellent. A definite must-stop when in El Paso!

I was excited to find a Lebanese place with a good menu but that didn’t last. We ordered appies and entrees. The spicy hummus was actually fairly bland but the texture was good. The falafel was OK but a bit gritty and the sauce was bland. We ordered a shwarma sandwich, Shwarma plate and a mixed kebab. The huge disappointment here was that the flavors on the entrees were exceptional but they were all way overdone. The kafta kebab and lamb kebab in the mixed plate were way overdone. The kafta had to broken off in hard pieces and was onsite except for a little bit on one end. Oddly the chicken kebab on the mixes was slightly under but edible. The shwarma plate was also overdone. I was so disappointed after getting a jot of the flavors but the execution on the grill just wasn’t there.

Service was not good. Ordered two entrees and hummus. The entrees came out before the hummus and by that time we were on our second basket of bread and so with the order of hummus I expected another basket of bread but instead I had to ask for it and to my surprise I was more or less shamed for asking for a basket of bread so I could eat the hummus. Our server seemed distracted or perhaps she just doesn't belong in this industry. I understand it is hard to serve people when you're not having a good day but as a customer you should never feel like an annoyance. Also I'd like to recommend that you stop using seed oils and either use extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil to prepare your dishes because I have gotten upset stomach twice in a row and I know it's the oils that are being used to cook the food. Lastly I also noticed that the portions got smaller and again I understand that many things have changed the last 4 years when it comes to costs of operation but if you're going to charge me full price for a smaller meal at least increase the quality of the ingredients.

We love Mediterranean food but are somewhat picky when it comes to the meats. This restaurant over-delivered. Excellent chicken and gyro meat. The salad has a great vinaigrette! The food is outstanding and not greasy. We will return.
The food is amazing, the place is super clean, they use top-notch ingredients, and the service is great; that lentil soup was fantastic!

My server Bella did such an amazing job! She was the only one there for the majority of our meal and did such an amazing job making sure my grandmother and i were doing good and our meals were good despite all the other customers ! Amazing food as well! Once again my server Bella did an amazing job taking care of us! Thank you for some great food! We will be back again very soon!
