I DO NOT LIKE LEAVING REVIEWS! But, I have gone to this restaurant a couple of times, chefs and servers are really polite and food is delicious. However I have observed a short blonde hair lady (maybe the manager or maybe even owner) treating the employees there really rude. In one occasion, I observed how she told a gentleman to refill something in a rude way, throwing a container into the counter and not saying please or even thank you. In another occasion, I saw her telling a server as well to save her tips (keep in mind that there is customers present) I think this is horrible attitude from someone in a high position. Overall, theres good service just a lot of rudeness from this person.

Everything was super fresh and flavorful. The rolls were beautifully made, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in town — can’t wait to go back! 🍣

One of the Best Sushi Spots in El Paso! As someone who’s tried sushi in several major cities, I can confidently say this place stands out. The quality and freshness of the fish easily rival (and even beat) many of the more expensive sushi restaurants I’ve visited elsewhere. Every roll was packed with flavor and beautifully presented.
The service made the experience even better. A short hair blonde woman greeted us and was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit, she made us feel genuinely welcome. There was also a gentleman who provided excellent customer service; his professionalism and care for the guests really elevated the meal.
If you’re looking for top-tier sushi without the high-end price tag, this is the spot to visit in El Paso. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I hadn’t gone to Okazuri in a few weeks, and when I ran into the young waiter with glasses at the store, I asked him about the place. He told me straight up the boss was super disrespectful to him. He admitted he made some mistakes, but she had been treating him and his coworker unfairly. Honestly, that explains a lot. He was always super nice, and really sweet. He was one of the only reasons I kept going back now that he’s gone, I don’t see any reason to return.

Food marginal. We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. Very bright lights, no music, no decor. Menus dirty. Staff not super friendly. At 8 pm exactly they were putting chairs up all around us and couldn't get us out fast enough. We eat out every night but we won't be back here.

The food here is incredible super fresh and flavorful.Definitely some of the best sushi around We had an issue with our bill (we were charged for an extra roll) the servers handled it quickly and kindly,but then the manager came to our table in a rude,aggressive way offering no help at all,instead of resolving anything,she just made the situation uncomfortable The place feels dirty,understaffed,and disorganized,it’s a shame such great food is being dragged down by poor management

I’m usually pretty open minded when I visit a new restaurant. However, this particular one threw me off right from the get-go. We sat down, waited a few moments and then received our menu. while trying to talk to the waitress, we asked what was good at the restaurant. She literally just said “What do you want?” we ordered three different items. A rainbow roll, the chicken, Teppanyaki and salmon Teppanyaki specials. We have had many rainbow rolls in many different restaurants. The only color on this roll was the sauce. The chicken and salmon were OK, but didn’t really have a specific taste to them. The rice underneath was bland and the vegetables undercooked. Overall, really not impressed. The bathrooms however were really clean.
Waited 15 minutes and never got our drinks. One lady was doing accounting just watching. Terrible service. We left!! Went to Sunny’s and had drinks in minutes.

I went to this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and overall, it was a really good experience! The food was amazing, and the chefs seemed super nice. My server, was a nice kid, he was great-super friendly and gave really good service. But the manager? Yeah... she did not give off good vibes. She looked like she was making the servers' jobs way harder. The whole staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked, and honestly, it was kind of uncomfortable to watch. l'll definitely go back because the food and service were great, but that manager? She seriously looked like the devil.

Talked to the manager and did not even care. We will not be coming back. Definitely better sushi restaurants in town.

Ordered take out and did not check my order, rolls were ok, but the mixed tempura ( shrimp and veggies) was a joke, can’t believe they charge $12 for this. Contacted the restaurant and my message was just read, not even an apology or explanation
