The food was great but noticed an area with a lattice ceiling that had large amounts of dust bunny’s just dangling. Kinda unappealing.

We went yesterday to celebrate my son's birthday. Everything was great until it was time to pay. They had charged me an extra tea and the lasagna cake that they brought my son that I was told wasn't going yo be charged was. I ended up paying 20 more for these extra added items. I tried looking for our waitress but she was far away. I dnt appreciate the waitresses doing this. I would really like a refund for the items I didn't buy. One was a gift the other one I never got. I wish a manager could reach out to me thank you.

Olive garden it's a place where you can find good food, great appetizers, and my favorites delicious soups specialty chicken gnocchi. Salads and bread are both good. The place it's always clean and nice. I always come back for dinner, and I will recommend lunch hour too because includes drink, soup or salad and a smaller version of a pasta with protein.

As a chef in the El Paso area, I like to enjoy my night off here and there at the Sunland park Olive Garden this evening I ran into an error on my plate and quickly was accommodated, and also approached with the touch to the table from the culinary manager, Cassandra, her energy and her patience made the error feel like it never happen. It didn’t take nothing but a few seconds for her to come out after the Error was corrected. She made sure everything was OK. I greatly appreciate the staff that was very much attentive while everyone kept a smile on their face and laughter around wishing everyone a happy holiday and thank you again for great service

We recently dined at Olive Garden and had a great experience! The food was delicious, and we were really happy with our meals. The service was also top-notch. If you're craving Italian food, Olive Garden is a solid choice. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered some last minute catering. I was greeted by Jesus, he was absolutely amazing.I needed extra cups and without a fuss he quickly went back in to get them. Thank you for your kindness

I placed an online order and requested extra salad and extra breadsticks, which they’ve provided in the past. This time, they called just to tell me I’d have to pay an extra $8 for the salad. Really disappointing customer service. I work in customer service myself, and I always try to give customers more than expected.

God is good! We had great food as recommended by Mr. Carlos T. who was our waiter and provided us with his excellent service. Sorry I don't have pictures of our plate, it's all in my tummy. 😁💯% recommend Carlos T. and of course the food.
