We've gone twice due to proximity and the service is just awful. Smoothie machine stays broken, no cups for tasting . Just employees that won't get up

Manny, the new owner was very nice & helpful. The frozen yogurt was delicious! There were plenty of yogurt and topping options to choose from. I got the pistachio and chocolate gelato and it was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!

It says they close at 8 but twice I’ve checked and it’s closed at 7….also co workers always on their phones. Very messy and disorganized.

The place was very messy. Almost half of the yogurt flavors were unavailable because the machines weren’t working. The toppings area looked unkept and disgusting. The place smelled like smoke. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. You can tell whoever is managing this place doesn’t care at all.

Very disappointed. Used to love coming here but the past two times the have had very few machines working and the coconut topping tastes stale. Very overpriced as well. Going to make the drive all the way to menchies next time

My family and I usually pick orange leaf for our treat after dinner. In past experiences with other locations we had a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as smooth and pleasant as it usually is. The young lady working the register ,I believe her name is Alexandria , was not in the very least welcoming. Because of covid gloves are required and me bringing my 4 children inside to pick out their treat takes time. She kept rushing me as I was allowing my children one by one to pick out their toppings. The first time she asked while I first was in the process of topping picking and then again a few minutes later. Anyone with 4 kids knows how indecisive they are and it requires patience. Mind you there was no line at all. Anywho, I love Orange Leaf and I really think they should consider hiring people who want to work and who are happy at first sight!!!! Good customer service = more customers and a successful business.

Bad customer service. They don't smile. It's been twice that I go in and vanilla flavor is not available. Machine is not working :(.

Whoever is working this place at night closes early all the time and refuses to refill any of the toppings bar.
