Lobster was very small, about the size of a large shrimpI thought I would give Outback a second chance a year later, well it was worse, the service was horrible and the food has not changed, small lobster they forgot my shrimp and I was told my plate did not come with shrinp not the case. I do not recommend the Outback on gateway unless you enjoy poor service and small portions for not a small price!!!!

Food was alright, can’t said was great, ribs look like was boiled and put bbq sauce on top, house steak potatoes very small, steak and ribs portions way smaller for price what I pay. Appetizers plate was dirty, have to ask for replacement. Waitress not give 2 of us much attention at all, have to wait for simple sweet tea refill more then 15 min, also he forget bring utensils with napkins, I have to asking another waitress for refill and utensils. Food presentation on plate was sloppy too! Waitress burly cheek on us. I pay more $90 for 2 people food, and get just disappointment in this restaurant. Will not recommend go to this place on 11875 Gateway Blvd W, El Paso, TX 79936

We decided to go to the Outback El Paso location on March 31/24 while driving to San Antonio for what we thought would be a nice Easter Sunday meal. This is far from what we received. I ordered the special which was a sliver of steak on a bed of noodles. This was one of the toughest steaks I have ever ate. I had to cut it into 1/4 x 1/4 pieces so I wouldn't choke. I ate some of it but couldn't eat it all. Unfortunately I hate to complain ever at restaurants so I grinned and beared it but felt I had to contact them personally by email. I wrote an email to Joel Moreno Manager who was very sorry and apologized and said would like to send us a certificate to return but since that email he has ghosted us once I said I am from out of town. So really not to apologetic. Unfortunately I also hear Outback is shutting down locations nationwide and this one should be next. The inside is showing it's age and hasn't been maintained. Banquets old, cracking and a bit disgusting. My 2 cents. Avoid spending your money here.

Showed up at Outback for their steak and lobster special on Thursday nite. Of course they are all out and do not offer any other option. Go with the chicken and shrimp pasta ($21.99)and ask for the onion soup as my side. Surprise! $7.99 for side of onion soup! Tried to ask server for explanation and the only response is “ it’s on the menu”. Overall poor dining experience and sub par customer service. Restaurant was pretty empty at 5:30 pm. Surprised if they can stay open much longer.

I ordered take out so did not actually stay in the restaurant.I was craving pasta but shrimp also and steak...yea, I'm weird like that, lol. Anyways, they had the Kingsland Pasta with Steak and Shrimp and my-o-my was it tasty. The pasta was creamy and the grilled shrimps were divine. The steak was on a kabob, unbeknownst to me as the stick was removed so I thought it was an oddly shaped piece of meat. I mention this because when I went to take a bite, the perfect bite sized section came apart. Super tender and seasoned steak. YUM! I then noticed, oh it was a kabob but it made my day.Anyways, I highly recommend this dish and it came out to under $25 so that was a bargain. I even got a small loaf of bread which was nice also.My order was ready when it said it'd be so pick up was a breeze. Great job Outback!

Probably at least the 3rd time I've ordered prime rib and was no au jus sauce and it was a still a little over cooked. I did get delivery because I'm not able to make it to the restaurant often. Everything else was just ok. I will be looking elsewhere next time want to order something like this to go.

I ordered the premium bone in ribeye and asked to be cooked to medium rare. It came out well and very thin for an 18 Oz. Bone in ribeye. I asked for it to be sent back, and 15 minutes later, when the other guests I was with already finished their meal, here comes my steak. Again, it was 3/8 of an inch thick at looked like meat from an Alien planet. Tried a few bites and returned it again. The quality of their premium steaks are awful. I have never given a review like this before. Sorry Outback, you won't be getting my money anymore. Sincerely Clarence

Food was ok but the steak was 1/2 fatty and not great. Service stops by every five minutes to ask how you are. Overall it's OK but I wouldn't order that steak again.

Had excellent service thanks to our waiter, Samuel. Food was good, except for the mixed veggies which were microwaved and it made them pretty nasty. Maybe if they would grill them or completely steam them, they would taste better.

This was my first time trying Outback and everything was phenomenal! My servers name is Sam, he was amazing! He was very welcoming and he provided top tier service. Not once did I have to ask for anything, he was on top of everything that’s for sure! On your next visit, I recommend asking for Sam.
