The service is horrible the waiters and cashiers are always gossiping and not paying attention as they should be. On one occasion a burrito was placed for pick up for a customer while I was in line after 30min and it was finally my turn I ordered a burrito and the man went to pick up the one that the other customer did not pick up and started scraping the food off the tortilla and did not bother to warm it up and continued to serve my burrito using the same tortilla I requested next time my food be made fresh because that's what I pay for. The man acted as if he did not know what I was talking about. Let's talk about the cashier who can't make change right. The last time i was there i was charged $2.92 for a coke and I paid $4 that i already had ready in my hand. The woman gave me 2 cents back. I explained to her my mistake was I paid an extra $1 she claimed I was lying and proceeded to get other staff members on her side when the matter had nothing to do with them. Told her to keep the $1 but also pointed out even her cents were wrong it should've been 8cents not 2. Realizing how she didn't even get that right she remained silent I walked away with my 2 cents not worth my time anymore. Never again and these are just 2 examples of why im no longer a customer there but their has many unsanitary reasons as well as to why I dont eat there

I have seen flies in the display counter and the burritos are cold and the potatoes are under cooked and hard..don't buy food on Monday, it's leftovers from the weekend..Chile Verde burritos are very salty..

I used to love this place, they changed the recipe for the menudo, and now is taste just like chile, no flavor just spicy.

As soon as you walk in the door you can tell every thing is made fresh each day el pan está sabroso and the burritos are the bomb it is a little pricey but worth it the service dose need improvement especially the interaction with customers but good pan and food

I don’t know why there’s the bad reviews, this place is great. The menudo has a lot of flavor and the ladies talk to you almost like family. The pan dulce is always very good. Highly recommend.
