I used to come here all the time until a bad experience with “Fedex”. There was no line yet he was snappy, rushed me, and was rude when I asked if the could accommodate an allergy, the way many other Panda Express’ do. Im not sure if their employees are even trained for customer service but they really should be. I tried them again today just to give some grace. I divided a bowl due to my son’s sensory issue, and the entree portion was tiny. I had to e mail corporate because the store manager didn’t answer the calls I’ve made since my last visit. Overall the worst store we have in the city.

Very bad customer service! The employees get angry because they have to prepare more food! And when you go to pay for your food they get angry because they tell you they don't have change.
Your portions of food are not enough for what I paid. I guess is the inflation they are trying to save money next time I will go to all you can eat and will be less than what I paid??
No one wipes the tables to clean the grease and food residue off. Every table needed to be wiped clean. Music so loud we were unable to hear the server behind the steam table or to have a dialogue. Food was not hot, mildly warm.
