Xcellent place 2 njoy having lunch. Svc was very helpful and friendly. They offered 2 assist me w/ finding a place 2 sit and njoy my meal. Upon getting ready 2 leave the serving crew provided me w/ assistance in giving me a plastic bag 2 take home my lft-ovrs.
Parking: 'Cause the svc and the food was so good, I plan on informing all my family and friends of this location. In addition, I plan 2 make another stop 4 their dinner time.
Wheelchair accessibility: All entrance/ exit doors r appropriate and serve well 4 anyone who may need 2 use them.

We had a Problem with a delivery order that took over an hour which I had to cancel in frustration. This was the first time ever that we had a problem. I decided to stop and register my comments with the store manager Anthony. He was very receptive, attentive, and wanted to make it right. Which he did. Great customer service. Problem was with an inattentive DoorDash Driver. Always in the past we received delivery in under 30 minutes or less.

This is the most incompetent location Iāve ever been to. The food is constantly burnt and they constantly screw up my order. This time, they gave me someone elseās order, which didnāt include a premium entree but I was charged for a premium entree because I actually ordered one. And to top it off, the teriyaki chicken is burnt. So I wonāt be consuming this meal.

Restaurantji Recommends
As noted by others, the portions at this location, and other locations Iām sure, seem to get smaller and smaller, but the prices continue to get bigger and bigger! The to-go boxes are small to begin with, then you open it to find that each compartment is even smaller!!! The people serving the entrees seem to have been well schooled in limiting the amount of food to scoop up with the serving spoons, so when all is said and done, we ended up getting portions that were way to small for the outrageous prices we paid! To add insult to injury, we had to pay extra for each entree cause they were āspecial!ā And the food was really not that great when compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. Best to not frequent this place and either go to a well established Chinese food restaurant or just cook it yourself at home. As for me and my family, we will never go back!!

They close at 10:30 and I went at 9:05 and they no longer had food, and they didn't want to prepare more, with the pretext that there were no more ingredients, they always make that pretext
They only had leftover dry food and only about 3 dishes.
If you no longer want to prepare food, just close it and that's it.
They already had the chairs on top of the tables. If you don't want to serve customers, it's better to close at 9 so they can go home quickly.

I ordered a bigger plate and these are the noodles I received all vegetables . Then they told me to wait outside for my bowl since they were waiting on the noodles never came out my husband had to go in there and remind them about our food. Didnāt even bother to complain about my plate tossed it to the trash . Horrible service .
