Wanted a bowl with double orange and she offered a plate I didn't want. I was going to pay whatever was needed but no effort to satisfy a client. Really sad and to top it off the Manager was next to the Associate and no effort to help at all. SAD TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Its Sunday Nov 30th 3:46pm. District Manager train your employees. I didn't yell or say anything bad at all.

I want to rate this place based off on the experience I’ve have on the drive through. The young female workers aren’t very friendly at all. I’ve had 2 different young girls already that are not nice and they lack customer service. They did not welcome me when i ordered on drive through. I felt rushed and when I payed they gave me my items in a hurry and didn’t say anything. I had to wait for them to come back to the window because I had wanted sweet and sour sauce and didn’t get a chance to say because the girl rushed and walked away. I only come to this location because it convenient from my work area. But I dread going there and ordering. Hope this post will catch the supervisors attention and teach them better consumer service skills.

The workers are not very personable. They don't apologize when they get your order wrong and act like you were the problem. The chicken is hard and overcooked and the prices have gotten more expensive and the portions have gotten way smaller. Do better. We pay too much for this food for the amount given and for it to be overcooked. I only come here bc my kids like this whack food.

I went during the evening with my kids and it was not busy inside at all. Jackie took my order with poor customer service, ignored questions I asked and repeated “what entree” 3 times instead of answering the questions. On top of that I requested for fresh entrees considering the orange chicken and beef with broccoli were low and didn’t look fresh, she only gave me fresh orange chicken and little, to no beef in my side order of beef and broccoli.

I am a regular customer at Panda . Literally 4X a week . I’m not happy with the portions lately . I was told by one of the workers the owner said to serve less ! Why ? I’m paying $14 almost for a bigger plate to get like 5 pieces of orange chicken . Get it together panda .
