Food and service were good. But this establishment is NOT a family restaurant. I have a 9 month old and this place doesn't have a changing station (both men and women restroom, don't have one). I had to change her soiled diaper on the floor. Luckily I have a portable matt, but this is ridiculous.

The service is consistent great here, my only issue is the inconsistency with the food quality. Some days it is much better than others, little things like dry noodles or undercooked broccoli. Not a dealbreaker for me personally. The bigger plate is the best deal if you’re going on your own.

Very disappointed of the staff they disrespected my family over a cup a water
After employee didn’t do her job right
Then they charged us for a water cup $3.50

Our family just wanted to have family time after church

Food is good and service is typically good. Got the wrong order just now. Food was still good but I have no idea what kind of person orders double chow mein and a quarter orange chicken. They can not be having a good time. I recommend the honey walnut shrimp and the Beijing beef.

Last nite I ordered Orange Chicken, noodles and fried rice. Chicken n noodles were pale and needed seasoning, the fried rice had huge chunks of egg. Portion size was laughable it was kids portion. Panda Express on Zaragoza is worth the drive u can see a huge difference on the food n portions.

I was initially hesitant to visit this Panda Express due to some negative reviews I had seen online. However, after finally giving it a try, I was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience.
The food was delicious and served piping hot, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, although the bathroom could have used a bit more attention, it wasn't anything too off-putting.
Service was fast and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, I'm glad I didn't let the previous reviews deter me from trying Panda Express. It turned out to be a positive dining experience, and I would definitely consider going back in the future.
If you're like me and hesitated due to negative feedback, I would encourage you to give it a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised, just like I was!

I had to call store and speak to manager because food was so tender and delicious! Spoke to manager and got her cooks names. Selene and Jason, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Food was SO GOOD! I’m not even exaggerating. Thanks guys and keep doing what you’re doing! What you do is really appreciated!

Got food poisoning from the orange chicken. So my guess is they don't know food safety science. Won't be going back.
