I scheduled a mobile order for my son to be ready by 12:00 PM so he could get back to school on time. When he arrived, they told him there were no orders under his name (Diego) and asked for an email confirmation to remake the order something that should have already been prepared.

Now it’s 12:25 PM, and they’re just starting to make it. This is unacceptable. The poor communication, lack of preparation, and overall disorganization reflect terrible management and horrible service.

This Panda has always been tediously slow. Either due to lack of appropriate staffing or inefficient set up, I've never seen a Panda Express that took upwards of 10 minutes to process through a line, even at a mall with considerably higher foot traffic.
Drive Thru is often worse than going inside and I have never had a successful mobile order from this particular location, regardless of the ordering service used.

The food portions are getting smaller and smaller, the food is also a little bit expensive, the lobby is always dirty and the workers are rude.

Went to get dinner around 9:30 pm today, waited about 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker for someone to take my order. Ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp, look at my photos to see how bad the teriyaki chicken was burned and the shrimp was old and chewy. Where is the manager? Owners review the cameras, it's unacceptable to serve this product, where is the quality?Should of left while I had the chance, it's usually a bad sign when the drive thru is not answered within a few seconds. Called them three times, no answer, they knew what they were doing and thought they would get away with it by not answering. Managers, you need to step it up with managing, running your stores and checking/ensuring your food quality is at its best. Should of gone to the one on Paseo, they are always ensuring customer service and good food quality.
