waiting for the bathroom when an employee came out, first thing i notice is there is NO SOAP! these people arent even washing their hands when serving food! left immediately and reported to the city

Nice clean modern establishment. Warmly welcomed upon arrival.
Food looked inviting, hot, fresh and delicious . Unfortunately PORTION CONTROL seems visibly aggressive at this establishment.
Apparently HIGHER PRICES, REDUCED QUALITY and REDUCED QUANTITY are all part of the business model.

One of the best locations in El Paso, I know when I come to this specific location that I will get the best service and best food quality. It Does get a little busy around lunchtime due to the high school but the employees and staff handle it like champs.

They ALWAYS get the order wrong! They NEVER pick up their phones! How can you be told the order repeatedly and still get it wrong, then have the nerve to charge according to what you thought you heard?? Idk why, but the quality of food has gone down as well. We’re starting to get a whole full or five pieces of chicken in our entrées. I do not recommend this location. Trash.
