Unfortunately this location in my experience is a hit or miss. I would say nearly more than half of the times that I have visited this location the service rendered at the cash register has been poor. The quality of the food is either great or dry. Overall the experience of dining here is acceptable but definitely there is room for improvement.

Spoke with an employee today about stickers on the drinks for door dash due to it being a policy. The employee told me “she doesn’t have stickers and if I don’t feel comfortable with the drink she can pour it out and I could serve myself. Very rude and disrespectful. I Will be complaining to door dash as well!!!

Unprofessional, dirty, untidy, rude, lazy staff of the night shift of January 14 2025 (Tuesday). Came here to pick up my online order at around 11.10pm on Jan 14 2025 (Tuesday). They already locked all doors and put up all stools 20 minutes earlier before closing time. When I knocked, they just ignored. Minutes later, a short girl in black t-shirt who was returning from trash disposal walked outside and told me to go through drive through to pick up my order. So I went to the drive through eventhough there's no option for that pickup (pickup in-store only). When I drove to the drive through window, the tall guy immediately showed me upset/angry faces and didn't say anything or even ask me what I was here for - he simply gestured with a head tilt of "What?". Had to wait additional 10 minutes for food to be handed off, and when the food was handed off they were all squeezed into a tight 1 piece plastic bag with some of the food already crumbled up. When he handed me off the food, he again immediately changed his face to show me his anger and upset and didn't even say anything.

Ok this one to me...the food was ok..we were there as some of the first customers...and some of the food tasted old!! A little chewy...never had this happen before!!
