My boyfriend use the drive thru and ask for fried rice, when he get back home we realize that was noodles instead. I have to drive back to the store spoke to the manager. He was careless about the situation, when I try to explain to him that the order was made thru the drive thru he was “yeah yeah I will talk to my team” he do not apologize for nothing

Two times in a row about two weeks apart I have gotten unacceptable portions of my bowl. The first time I ordered orange chicken and white rice and got like 10 pieces of chicken, the bowl as filled with rice. Today I ordered orange chicken and fried rice and I have crumbs and still not the amount I use to get. This problem is a new one and it is affecting my views on this restaurant greatly.

Awful experience entering the store having the team lead/manager Dayana greet you go looking for the order to be waiting in line for your order while the employees are laughing and joking behind the counters including Dayana while multiple customers are receiving their food and leaving before you even tho they came after you, to tell three EMPLOYEES your still waiting for your food have them tell me that’s it’s in the line and after 20 whole minutes and getting back in the line for Dayana to tell you they have just started to have the audacity to tell me it’s busy if it was busy how are customers coming after me and leaving before me Why are they laughing, ignoring orders and making excuses as to why they are not doing their job Absolutely Unacceptable Experience I will be contacting corporate

FOOD POISONING!!! My review is a bit late with my incident happening back in june and i have NOT return to this or any other panda establishments.
I know for a fact that my family and i got sick from here because this was our one and only meal of the day. It was on a sunday and i was the first to get sick, followed by my wife and toddler. The pain and the experience was awful and i do not wish it on anyone! I was the one who got it the worst because i had devoured my meal.
I had stomach cramps, body aches, uncontrollable diarrhea with vomiting and at times at the same time, an experience i will never forget! A migraine from the exhaust of vomiting and chills that felt to never go away.
I am sharing this because i had faith that when i reached out to panda corporate that they would make it right and they have not. I am self employed and i had to miss my day of work due to this incident. I have tried calling them and have had no success trying to get a hold of someone to resolve this. I hope this serves as a warning to those who come and eat here.
