Aaaaaand they got my order wrong. Again. I thought going to a different Panda Express would work out, but nope. I said it right. They said it right. My reciept said it right. Still ended up with the wrong rice. I guess it's my fault for not checking. I mine what do I have say to not get fried rice? I say steamed I say white, what other way is there?

It can't be that because of the clothing they have a different treatment with customers, my clothing was with a lot of dirt because I work on the construction site, the portions of food that the employee served me were very little, what a bad vibe that people are like that, in front of me there were other customers and they did fill the plate with food

It was an overall good experience just that some of the food was a bit cold and tough but we did go later in the night so thats somewhat to be expected aside from that service was amazing and the cashier even brought one if my sides straight to my table since they were still cooking it when i ordered.

Today I received the worst service ever from the Lee Trevino location!! I waited for about 15 minutes for my turn to place my order. As I was up next, the individual taking orders did not acknowledge me. I waited for about 5 minutes with no response, not even a "I'll be with you in a minute" or something! So I figured the speaker wasn't working & that's the reason why the line was so slow. So I drove up. I explained the situation to the young girl & she going to take order. Till another inconsiderate, cold hearted, cruel woman came to the window & told me I had to go back around & get back in line, again! It was a long line behind me. I explained to her as well, but she didn't care. She said they don't take orders at the window. So I went somewhere else for lunch instead. You know, I go to Panda a lot & I also donate every single time they ask! NOT EVER AGAIN will I donate at any Panda locations. You can rest assured, I will never go to the Lee Trevino location again! TWO THUMBS DOWN FOR YOU, WOMAN!

I was passing by El Paso on my way to my next duty station, and decided to stop by here. Had a small chat with the server Abraham V. He was friendly and it was nice having chat after an 8 hour drive.

Ordered delivery from an app from here. Mostly correct order except I ordered a medium broccoli beef a la cart and they gave me a small box. Definitely need to check orders for accuracy for their to go orders.
