Very friendly staff, was amazed that manager was the one serving the food at the front. Location is very clean and well kept. Food was freshly made, regardless of being close to closing time, manager offered to make us selection of food that was out. I found that very impressive, usually eating places will not want to make fresh food if they r near closing time. Will definitely go back! Kudos for ur location, staff, and cleanliness.!

Lack of leadership is hurting this place. The last two times I’ve gone to this location they make you wait before taking your order at the drive thru, and they’ve been out of menu items.
The other Panda locations in El Paso don’t have this problem

Love this panda, the food is always super fresh, the Manager( Luis) Great Guy, help us with are food ,After a while he came to our table to ask us how the food was and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this restaurant location

Got ignored the pretending to be closed at 11 am on a Thursday?
Everything was cool and good until I got to the bottom of my son's bowl I was feeding him and find a dead bug in his food! I had some left over in the fridge for myself but I just threw it all away. So gross! EDIT: when my husband went to get a refund we showed them a photo I sent bug and they said it was a mushroom and didnt want to refund us. Since when do mushrooms have ANTENNAE AND LEGS. So we took the food and the bug BACK to the store and showed them and they still denied it was a bug (despite CLEARLY being a cockroach!) and refused to refund the order! ive got photos and its clearly some sort of roach that got cooked! I was feeding this meal to my toddlers! This is a huge health violation and could have made my little children sick! Im going to report the incident to corporate and local health inspection! And they gave absolutely horrible customer service for the situation.
