I ordered grilled chicken and got tiny pieces of beef instead. Not the first time this location got my order wrong. They jipp you on meat too. I mean I wouldnt be complaining if it was cheap. But its not so get it together please!

The drive-thru is unbelievably SLOW!!!!!!
Everything was pretty good, except the food. It didn't meet expectations. The grilled Teriyaki chicken was flavorless & it had a weird taste (like freezer burnt taste). The only thing that was decent was the fried rice and rangoons. This was our first time at Panda Express and more than likely the last.

Usually there is a wait for food ordered at the drive thru at this location, but not today. Drive thru wasn't the quickest, but we didn't have to wait for them to make the food this time. Our order was correct, hot and delish. Mia was on the drive window and she was sweet, friendly and cheerful.

The wait time for the drive thru is over 30 minutes even only being the 5th car in. Stupid long.

Absolute worst customer service I have encountered thus far! Everyone was "too busy" to help out their paying customers! The women working here looked like they were fed up with the world! They took forever to get our order and acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Took another 10min to check us out. Cashier came back from taking the trash without washing her hands and started touching everyone's orders. For reference this was on Saturday at 3:30, I couldn't get a manager's name but this place needs some serious customer service training!! And this was not just my experience, there were more unhappy customers after us!

Be careful about this location, whenever I ask for beef broccoli you only get more broccoli and no beef! Order at your own risk!

The past 3 times have not been up to par. I go here because I live nearby but have decided to make the drive to hawkins simply because the food is hot and ready and the service is soooo much better. The food at “ Martin Luther King” Panda (orange chicken) was overcooked, and the spring rolls tasted stale and were cold. If I go an hour before closing they usually only have 3 items available to order and when I offer to wait for the entree I want, the girl tells me “they can’t make more and are required to only serve what they have already prepared.” Clearly this is only THIS location that this applies to because when I have to resort to drive to another location, they are more than happy to prepare the entree for a short wait even 30 min before closing. It is understandable if I’m there right before closing . But an hour before is plenty of time to prepare an entree . Seems more like they all just want to go home early and do the least work possible. This location used to be good. But has definitely gone down the tube . Even my parents hate going to this location now because they say the food tastes like crap now. I’ve kept trying because everyone has their off days. But this is one too many times especially if you add the times my parents have had bad service and bad food that tastes like it’s been sitting out cold all day. Definitely needs a manager here to intervene because these kids have awful service and preparation. Please do Better!

The food was raw. I was getting attended, the lady was making my order. Mid order she stopped and starting on another order, and then she took forever to finish my order. Very bad service

I just starting coming to this Panda Express. But recently, they have been very stingy with the meats. They fill up my bowl with 85% rice and very little chicken or beef. Today I ordered the beef and broccoli and got 4 little pieces of beef, the rest was completely full of rice and broccoli. I don't know when they started getting so bad with the servings, but it's sad to see this. My last 3 visits in a row have been like this. If you want a good serving of protein, don't come here. If you love rice, then I guess this is the place for you.
