“Best customer service by Lindsay in the drive thru. She was very helpful. I’m not sure why this location has such bad reviews when everyone is so nice and they get orders in timely manner. This is the reason why we continue to go back to this location. Great team!!“

“Oddly enough, I ordered online from this address and Google sent me here. It's the wrong address and location. This was a East St Panera instead of the address I ordered is 20 mins away. Both managers at each store took care of me with refund and reorder within 5 minutes. Appreciate my time not being wasted. I hope both locations can get corporate to fix the app and Google location.“

“This is one of the best Panerea's I've been to. I love Panera, so when I saw one was being built on Eastlake I was overjoyed. Nothing disappointed me, all the servers and managers were nice. I see bad reviews and I think the only reason people put them is because it's new to them. 10/10“

I placed a pick-up order through the app and was notified that it wouldn't be available until an hour later. No big deal, since the place is new and pretty busy. However, when I showed up to pick up my order, it was not ready. I doubt it was even received on their side, and it took a while for the employees to acknowledge me. I showed my emailed receipt to one of the managers, who politely apologized and proceeded to retrieve my coffee that I had ordered. But I was still missing the other half of my order, which consisted of a bagel and cream cheese. I had to go back to the counter and show my receipt again to two more employees, for someone to get the rest of my order. When I got back to my office, I discovered that the cream cheese was missing. By that point, I had wasted almost an hour there trying to get my order overall. I didn't bother to go back, as I needed to get my work done. I hope this place gets better soon, seeing that there is plenty of room for improvement. It shouldn't take two hours (one hour order, and one hour pick-up) to get coffee, a bagel, and cream cheese. Needless to say, I think I'll refrain from returning to this location until it gets more organized and better staff training is carried out.“
