Breakfast croisant and hazelnut coffee really hit the spot. Across the parking lot from the supercharger.

I see a lot of reviews of people complaining about wrong orders however I always order through the app and pick up. Never had a problem with my food or them taking long. I always enjoy the sandwiches from here.

Went today to buy two sourdough bread bowls and was in the drive through forever. They usually come individually wrapped but were just put into a bag this time without wrapping. After two bites I bit down on something hard and realized the bread had these tiny rocks in it. Threw away the rest. Don’t know if they were rushed in packing or baking but I can’t believe there were rocks in the bread.

Coffee is always like warm to cold unless a fresh pot is brewed while you wait.

Four of my last four to go orders from this location have had either entirely wrong sandwiches or completely missing bread bowl and baguette. If I have to pick up the order I WILL now ALWAYS go inside to the pick up counter and completely un-pack and CHECK my entire order (all sacks)before leaving with it. I guarantee something WILL be Wrong or missing!!!!😡. Others BEWARE!!!

How this place is still open baffles me, first when they opened it would take over an hour to get my food. Understandable since they were new, but a year later and still if there is at least one car in the drive through I know it’s faster to walk in and get my order. I’m part of the sip club but I don’t see the benefits since they’re always of out cups, coffee or both. The owners must know nothing about running a restaurant because it has been a consistent problem since they opened. This is specially concerning since this Panera is like half the size they usually are. When they’re stocked and you order in advance the food and all employees I’ve had interactions with have been friendly and great so that’s why it’s not a 1 star

Panera Bread in Cimarron West, El Paso, is a great spot for fresh, delicious pastries.

The cranberry orange slice is especially moist and flavorful, and the cookies and cinnamon rolls never disappoint.

The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, with friendly staff and fast service, perfect for a morning treat or afternoon snack.
