Out of stock on most things, wait time is exceptionally long for a carry out style restaurant. How are you out of chips by noon and why are you still advertising chicken salad when you're out of chicken!? Too expensive for what you get.

1 year update: They have not improved. Still regularly out of ingredients, and will still happily charge you full price for a forced substitution on a meal or full price for a drink when they know their soda fountain is out of order. Still little value found here for the food you receive, go elsewhere.

If you’re not a current student, you cannot access this location. Online ordering should advise that.

I just got robbed. This location is inside the university and can only be reached by the stuffing. Ridiculous. And when I asked my money back on the app they said they couldn’t.

their hours say they open at 7 am but the gates are closed? they’re never open when they say. i even placed a pickup order last time for it to be ready at 7:15, i didn’t receive it until 7:50 because their gate was still closed. the employee said it was because they were waiting for the machine to heat up. isn’t that supposed to be ready before opening? he was nice about it though and gave me a free drink while i waited.

This location is only accessible to UTEP community. Such a waste of time.

UPDATE: This restaurant has improved significantly since my first visit. Food is prepared hot and quickly, and my orders have been correct. Well done! Keep up the great work!

I placed a pick-up order through the app and was notified that it wouldn't be available until an hour later. No big deal, since the place is new and pretty busy. However, when I showed up to pick up my order, it was not ready. I doubt it was even received on their side, and it took a while for the employees to acknowledge me. I showed my emailed receipt to one of the managers, who politely apologized and proceeded to retrieve my coffee that I had ordered. But I was still missing the other half of my order, which consisted of a bagel and cream cheese. I had to go back to the counter and show my receipt again to two more employees, for someone to get the rest of my order. When I got back to my office, I discovered that the cream cheese was missing. By that point, I had wasted almost an hour there trying to get my order overall. I didn't bother to go back, as I needed to get my work done. I hope this place gets better soon, seeing that there is plenty of room for improvement. It shouldn't take two hours (one hour order, and one hour pick-up) to get coffee, a bagel, and cream cheese. Needless to say, I think I'll refrain from returning to this location until it gets more organized and better staff training is carried out.
