I love panera brand but this location smell pretty bad. I'm a dasher and I received 2 times orders for this place and the 2 times had the same problem.

Panera Bread has been overhyped in my opinion. I’ve ordered there three times and haven’t been satisfied with any of them.
The first time, I ordered a sandwich, but it immediately fell apart when I picked it up with my hands. It turned into a mess, and the taste was okay.
The second and third times (both orders were placed on the app), I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. Unfortunately, both orders were wrong. I don’t understand how six workers can’t get my order right, especially when it’s just one soup.
The second order, I received an onion soup, which I tossed out because I was already home and changed. The third order, I received potato soup. This time, I went back to the restaurant, and one cashier apologized. However, I was perturbed by the other workers.
I won’t be going back to Panera Bread. Instead, I’ll continue to go to McAlister’s, which is right down the street. They have much better sandwiches and soups, and I love their tea.
It’s a pity about Panera Bread. I was excited about the arrival of several more sandwich restaurants in the area, but unfortunately, Panera Bread didn’t meet my expectations.

Cafe-style soup and sandwich place with full service restaurant prices. Slightly better than the others, Mcalister's, corner bakery, and Jason's deli. Ingredients seem fresher and food is more flavorful. Portions though, especially the sandwiches are on the smaller side. Every sandwich would be better if they just toasted or warmed the bread! I don't recommend ordering BLTs or anything with their soggy bacon.

Very unpleasant experience, sadly its good food but very awful service. Incompetence with staff’s
1) time management- 20 mins from when i drove off from drive thru speaker to actually getting 1 half sandwish and bowl of soup.
2) service delivery- this location does not honor accurate rewards gained, our app said 3 pack for macaroons, they said they could only do 1.
3) customer service/professionalism- male at the window had the audacity to make condescending remark and tried to correct me when i mentioned we had been waiting for 20 mins. He tried to correct me and said that his screen showed 10 mins. Even though my receipt showed it was printed 13 mins ago. Not sure since they struggled at the window to take my payment that is what caused the order to actually be submitted later but i counted time from when we completed ordering in the speaker, this was 20 mins total. Lack of accountability and ownership. This happened on 2/1/2026 @ 3pm mst

Had lunch yesterday and Ariel was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with a warm smile, patiently answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond explaining the menu. Her recommendations were spot on! Excellent customer service from start to finish!

It takes me a lot to write a review. This place has been nothing but amazing. They definitely go out of their way. One moment I would like to share was at the drive-through. The line was extremely long. My order was really small. They came out and handed me my order so I didn’t have to wait longer truly amazing staff. It has been pretty amazing how friendly everybody is you guys keep up the good work definitely worth the trip.
Well my delivery order was 30min late! AND then got wrong order to TOP it off...did want to try squash soup! They tried blaming my uber driver for mix up...but explained bag was in My Name Just Inside order wrong...and uber driver can't verify order since it's Sealed.

The first week they opened I had the garlic cheesesteak sandwich with a chicken noodle soup. The cheesesteak sandwich was very good and I would totally order it again. However, the soup was very basic could’ve been straight out of the can from the grocery store no difference I did enroll in the sip club, which I find a very good deal for everything you get. When my membership expires I will definitely enroll again for the whole year. It’s totally worth it. I do have to say as for service the employees are super friendly. They always greet you thank you and say have a great day and are very polite. However, the service is very slow. I have placed an order online for immediate pick up and it was over an hour wait as well as in the drive-through my order has been ready yet. The weight was over 30 minutes just to pick it up so I do have to say that if you’re going to order order online way in advance and allow yourself plenty of extra time for pick up just in case they really do need to get better on their wait times though.
Edit: 4 weeks later and drive thru wait times have only gotten worse. More than 20 minutes in the drive thru for a drink is ridiculous.
