Store frequently uses door dash, pizzas then arrives late, cold and with no recourse due to using a third party. Just stopped ordering papa John’s due to this issue.

Worst papa johns ever! One pizza they didn't even cut, then after "remaking" one of them they still managed to give me the complete wing pizza. Not to mention the guy doing the pizza dough wasn't even wearing gloves! Never again!

The manager was amazing.they needed to give him a raise his name is Gael, and he was wonderful by greeting my mom in Spanish due to her not speaking English well. My now my go-to pizzeria all thank to him.
I am disappointed, I wish I could give zero stars. They gave us a pizza that was 4 hours old. Half eaten and with hair. It was the most disgusting experience I've had. Staff didn't apologize and didn't show any concern. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

The food tasted over cooked, and funny flavor like expired ingredients, me and my family ordered for pick up for our family night at the park, and the customer service was not good either, I guess is an administrative issue not doing a good selection of candidates to work there, papa John's you just lost a customer, and you may think one customer less many more to come, I hope so and I wish you well. Thks for ruin our family night at the park.

The guy who was working at 9pm here who claims to be the manager didn't greet me in a respectful tone. He Was calling someone for help on the menu (he should know by now). Had an attitude I got the address confused and instead of informing me nicely he replied umm nope in a aggressive tone. If this is management material they need to evaluate this papa John's and reconsider replacing him.

I asked for extra marinara sauce and it had been sitting there for a while and was bubbled over and I didn't notice till I got really sick!!! Called mng and said I got sick and she said that not till alot of people complained they would pay attention!!! Corporate America rules!
Half my food was burnt, the box was ripped open before I received it, and my pepper was rotten and gross in the box. I enjoy papa johns but this was a no go for me.

Ordered a pizza that took over an hour and a half to arrive. Online support called after 35 min to say there was an issue and offered to coordinate with the store. They called back 5 min later to say it would be arriving in 30 min. 50 min later I decided to call the store and got an automated message saying they were behind and would call to let me know when the driver was out for the delivery. So I called customer support to which they said they couldn’t refund and to try calling the store. On my call to the store the pizza arrived which was a completely different total, very confusing. Pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and even had to reheat it on my own. Never getting papa johns again. 10/10 would NOT recommend, especially on a work trip while staying at an air bnb with no vehicle.

The staff dosent't wash their hands when making pizza. They don't wear any gloves and touch their cell phones and money in between making pizzas. Front clerk takes money them makes pizza after taking money from customers without washing hands or using gloves. Never coming back to this location.

This was a waste of money. The manager decided on her own to send a different kind of beverage and when I told her we didn’t like that beverage she said “the driver already left’. She didn’t offer a credit or try to do anything to make it better, didn’t even apologize. When the driver arrived, the food was cold. Definitely never ordering from here again, going to Speedy’s from now on!
