I dont know if its this Papa Johns or all of them, but the pizza wuality has gone down. Flavors were off and the crust was flimsy. Then there was Beth the manager on duty that made my experience even less pleasent. Needless tonsay I will not be visiting this Papa Johns anytime soon or any othet possibly. There are alot better choices currently both chains and local shops.

Try to order pizza from my local store found can't contact store u get this 1800 number guy who can even take half order .. papa John's on mesa el.paso is pure trash an cheap .. need better service

I like the pizza here a lot and the male Manager (Juan or Julian, not sure his name has awesome service), but Beth is terrible. She didn’t want to honor the deal we had when it was their fault that our pizza was messed up.
Beth was also very rude and hung up on me. Never want to do business with her again, the newer guy manager should be the one representing this business, not Beth… if she was the only manager here I would never come back. 1 star, just for her attitude and lack of customer service.

Not sure how to rate an atmosphere that is just pick-up or delivery but Papa Johns service and food has been improving again. Tonight there was confusion on my order, probably my fault and they corrected it for free and let me keep the mistake. I know their quality and customer service has been a roller coaster ride at best but something is changing because tonight was a great experience. Kudos.

Do not order from this place. 1 hour and 45 minutes and they still hadn’t started my order my delivery. Nick’s Pizza is much better, locally owned and I got my order in 20 minutes.

When I tell my wife “I want good pizza”, I mean Papa John’s. Other options exist out there, but let’s be real. This franchise isn’t global because it’s mediocre. You get what you pay for - Delicious pizza.
If it weren’t because it’s the only one on our side of town we would go somewhere else. This is the third time in different occasions that our order is marked ready without it being actually ready. I did bring it up to the staff present and the guy in the cashier was laughing about it. He told another guy in the back boxing the pizzas and all his response was that it’s automated. Last time they hadn’t even started our order and we waited another 20 minutes. Customer service needs to improve. Oh and by the way the General Manager’s name is not even listed.

Never in my life have I ever gotten a pizza delivery to me so terribly!!! It’s actually outrageous how terrible this pizza was delivered! I called the manager and was informed DoorDash took care of this order. I was also informed that they will resend the pizza with another 30 min additional wait! To start with, the order was not done correctly. We were missing certain topping. Secondly, the pizza looks like somebody reached in and grabbed my pizza. From personal experience, I understand the struggle of working in customer service and I do not mean to add any additional stress to the delivery process. But this is beyond acceptable by any means! I cannot believe no refund was offered or discounted price for this inconvenience. If they are having such trouble with how they deliver their pizzas maybe consider parting ways with DoorDash!
