30+ minutes for a delivery that gets made once they order it. It took me 10 minutes to get there and I still waited 30 minutes. I’ve been a manager at Marcos pizza and I know it should never take this long. Very poor management working here

I really think that kindness and respect is everything in a Restaurant.. I had a little bad experience in my Pizza.. I went the next day to explain the main manager.. and both managers were very polite and kind.. I got some wings instead of the New Pizza and gave me soda too! Thank you guys you really make a difference.. ✌️✌️✌️✅

Do not order from them if you're wanting anything out of THEIR ordinary. Want square cut pizza? Too bad! They're in autopilot and don't read instructions. Want extra sauce? Too bad! They'll decide to put LESS than normal for you. Want your pizza on time and hot? Too bad! They'll make sure you're last in line and of course you're expected to tip BEFORE delivery. I can't wait for AI and robots to take over the food industry. It'll actually get things right.

Ordered delivery the operator repeated the order back to me, it was correct on the box but I received the wrong pizza. It was supposed to be 1/2 The Works and the 1/2 pepperoni. I got cheese pizza on one side the other had some ham, olives and a few pepperoni. Very disappointed
