I placed my order on Sunday night, and it was HORRIBLE, burnt and not done well. But today i called to get a replacement order after they told me I’d be able to use it, i was not disappointed. The pizza came great, i did have to call again for my oreo bites because the customer service people didn’t put it in, but when recieved, they were perfect. Not burnt like the first time. The manager Sonia and Driver EJ did amazing… thank you.

Great service and great staff. Food sometimes is slightly burnt but still have that great pap johns taste.
Ordered banana peppers as a topping and not a single one was on the pizza. The delivery was terrible, they sub out the delivery to door dash and this guy was carrying my pizza in a grocery bag sideways.

Did a Order and it took 1hr15mints to be delivered and they sublet it to Doordarsh and when finally showed up the pizza and bread knots where cold not even warm had to heat them all up to eat. When called the shop said sorry we been busy, and offer to give free pizza now or later to redeem. I was not happy and pissed off. That the app could had said due to value might be delayed. If it had that would gone and got it my self and not wait 1hr 15mint for it to delivered

Ordered online, figured the new Cheeseburger pizza might be worth a try - there is maybe a half dozen small pieces of ground meat on it, it is really a cheese pizza with a couple added bits of pepperoni (added by me). A very poor representation. Walking in to some very loud hip hop, I could barely converse with the attendant, and another worker came to the front to argue with her while she was attempting to provide my drink order. Very dissatisfied.
