I use their online ordering and paid for pizza and wings in advance. I made the order at 5:00 p.m. and requested pick up at 6:00 p.m. When I got to the store the pizza was ready but I still had to wait for the wings. Waited approximately 15 minutes and the winds were not ready yet and this is after I ordered it at 5:00 p. m. The pizza was actually tasty. The New York crust was done well. The toppings we're plentiful. But if I could make a suggestion, get your wings up the street at Wing Kings. Cheaper, better and a whole lot less waiting.

I ordered 2 new York style pepperoni pizzas for pick up. I was made two cheese instead. When I told the worker that its the wrong pizza he didnt want to give me the ones I ordered. He said to call Uber eats since I ordered through them. I lost $27 and need to contact Uber eats. Horrible service. Won't ever come back

Since living out here I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times have been a nightmare. The first time I placed an online order and asked for extra cheese. My pizza came with no cheese and they would send out a replacement my husband had to drive to get a replacement pizza. Tonight I placed an online order and asked for my order to be hand delivered to me. I noticed it’s been about 10 minutes after the estimated arrival time for my pizza so I go check outside if I can see the delivery driver coming except I’m greeted with my cold pizza sitting on my porch. Annoyed I bring it into the house and check my phone to see if I missed something alerting me of its arrival, I didn’t. After checking my phone I open the boxes to notice everything is covered in ants because it sat on my porch for who knows how long. My pizza sat on the porch so long that it was cold and covered in ants. I called and the store is replacing but I still have to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for delivery. I placed my order around 6:30 pm it’s almost 8. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. After receiving my replacement that took forever to arrive they failed to bring my complete order. I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. I did not receive my bread sticks. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m 8 months pregnant and was craving papa John’s only to wait over 2 hours for my food and not even get my cheese bread sticks. I’ll never order from here again.

Haven't ordered from Papa John's in a while. Last time I ordered from there the pizza was good. This time though the pizza was doughy and mostly bread with hardly any toppings. Whoever prepared our pizza was either too lazy to prepare it right or they just didn't care or both. Definitely not worth the money. Most definitely do not recommend. I'll stick with Jv's pizza next time. Lesson learned. Won't be ordering from here anymore and will get the word out about the poor quality of the pizza.

Our family was hosting guests and our order never got here. We got the confirmation and called store right away. The manager ANGEL was rude. Advising it went to wrong house by ADRIAN. Didn’t offer a discount or addl service , but instead was rude and asked if they re-order it. We asked for a refund due and ordered from a competitor. We had just started using this location & never again due to ANGEL’s way of handling the situation, tone and rudeness - the *manager* of location as he stated!

We informed the Manager, Frank to enforce zero tolerance policy for negligence because in one month, two times, they got our order wrong!The order takes one hour to get delivered, and by the time we get the pizzas, they are cold. When we call about our order is wrong, it takes another hour to get the correct pizza, so we are left waiting for two hours to enjoy warm pizza!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Also, the driver leaves our pizzas at the door instead handing it to us.
Last March there was a hair in our pizza which we sent back. Senior management must take action on this matter and well train their staff. Papa Johns must take responsibility of their negligence. I’m waiting for a response from management.

Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options! We inform Papa Johns with strict instructions of our vegetarian restrictions and allergies and still Papa Johns get the order wrong and send us pizza with meat. NEGLIGENCE IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Dietary restrictions: We are strictly vegetarian and they sent us a pepperoni pizza!!

My two large two topping pizzas came out perfect!!! I custom ordered them and the girl working by herself at the time really did an outstanding job! It’s been a long time since my order hasn’t been ruined so I’m very happy with today’s results with the food and customer service!!!!
