So technically I want to the George dieter location but they aren't showing up in the locations. I ordered a pepperoni, garden fresh, Philly cheese steak, and garlic bread sticks. The garlic bread sticks have no flavor, no garlic, just dry sticks of bread. The garden fresh was nothing but olives all tossed in the center of the pizza and the Philly cheesesteak pizza was really only cheese. And all of this was just under $60, it makes no since.

This was bad my pizza was cold my wings were lemon pepper and hot , they just threw buffalo sauce on some wings ... I was disappointed cus I told my son that poppa johns was good .. not going to order from here again!! Or from this location!! On montwood..

Horrible service. Wait was over an hour. Cashier was handing money and pizzas without gloves. Not cool. Won’t visit again.

Placed order for a pizza.App showed it takes 100 minutes which I understand it’s Sunday. Waited 3 hours with no notification app only stated pizza on its way. I called the location spoke to Angel the individual that claimed to be a manager. He unfortunately mistreated me with foul language and did not provide any solutions. He simply stated the driver took the pizza back to their location. He stated he would not prioritize the order and he to wait a couple of hours. He simply did not care. It’s terrible the client experience these individuals provide. In the future when business go out of business they wonder why. In this economy if someone is willing to spend money at your place the minimum expectation is good customer service. I had provided a 25% tip. Angel ended up hanging up on me. God bless him! I pray he learns to do a good job so he can maintain and sustain employment.

Cookie was the best. I did like the wings, they are smaller than most places, I’m not sure if it’s non-hormone chickens. The pizza is so so. I also believe that you dólar goes further at other pizza companies. We paid $40 for 1 M pizza, 6 wings and a cookie. That’s not a good deal.

I just ordered the Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza and it tastes and looks slightly undercooked. Not eating the rest since i felt nauseous. I get they were busy but that shouldn't affect quality.

I was having a hard time finding this location so I called them and they instructed me to go to the plaza where Albertsons is located. I drove there and still couldn’t find it, so I called again and the associate that answered the phone just put me on hold and never got back to me.I finally found the location and requested to speak to the manager, a guy that I don’t think was the manager came out. I exposed what happened ( I was still on the like with papa johns 7.5 min later) I showed that to the “Manager”, he just apologized and offered me to make my pizza again. It was obvious that he wasn’t sorry for what happened and hardly paid any attention to my concern. As soon as I walked out of the store my call was disconnected and I could see the “manager” hanging up the call.They were just disrespectful and uncaring.

Allow me to start off by saying I have always enjoyed Papa John's Pizza. Other recent history has been leaning towards screwing up my orders. Quite some time back my order was so screwed up that I was offered a free large pizza the next time I ordered. The next time I ordered I asked for my free large pizza but when it showed up I was charged for it. I called again to complain and was told the individuals should've rung it up separately. so supposedly my free pizza should've still been on my account however was not. My most recent incident however takes the cake, or the pizza if it were. Apparently Papa John's has call centers. You know because they're so busy. I get an individual on the phone that barely speaks English who repeats my order I can't tell you how many times. Then he begins to take my credit card. After giving him my credit card number he repeats my order to me again to ask me if it is correct and I said yes. He askedFor my credit card a second time and I gave it to him again. As he repeated the order he then came back to the line and said oh I'm sorry there's been an error on my end but don't worry the charge will fall off. I asked him what he was talking about and he was clearly unable to give me any kind of acceptable answer. Except for me giving the credit card to him again then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I was very explicit in letting him know that all I had was a five dollar bill and I would be giving it to the driver in cash. I too repeated that several times. There is one thing I can say is Papa John's always on time. As usual the pizza shows up on time in the end vigil is standing there as I got to take the pizza he repeats the price to me and I said that should've been on a card he repeatedly and I repeatedly said the order said cash I said no he said yes I said no he said yes showing him that I only had the five dollar bill to give him as his tip. Being that I was in the middle of moving and did not have any cash on me. He eventually says oh well it sounds like the call center screwed up again. He repeated that several times as well. In fact I insisted that he call someone because there was no way this order was getting paid in cash when I know for a fact it was a credit card order because none of us had two nickels between us except my five dollar bill. He gets on the phone with his manager as he explains to her The situation, she then proceeds to pull the order up and tell him as well that the system shows the order was cash. This is now gone on for a good 15 minutes. He then hand the phone to me at which point I reiterate the entire story to the manager once again. Stating that now that my pizza is getting cold and no one here has any cash to pay for this pizza because it was a credit card order, several times she said they would just have to take the pizza back. In fact she told the driver he was going to just have to take the pizza back. I told her that was unacceptable now close to a half hour into this situation the pizza is cold it's only going to get thrown away back at the store I am sure and there was no reason I should not be left the pizza instead of being forced to deal with Papa John's call centers order and the unwilling to work with me manager who never once ever apologized for there ever being any issue at all. She finally agrees that she is going to charge me just half price. Begrudgingly I agreed now that the three of us are standing here starving waiting for our cold pizza. She didn't ask for the credit card number again. I told her running my credit card for third time at the same place would cause a red flag that the card would be denied I repeated myself several times. Yes sure enough she is back on the line to let me know that my card has been declined. As I'm on the phone with her and I get a text from my bank letting me know that my card has been declined. Now close to 45 minutes into this conversation she clearly and very begrudgingly said to just take the pizza again never pelletizing
