Waited 3 hours for a order to find out it was given to someone else was a bit frustrating but Lillian I believe is how you spell it was able to assist me and re made the order super quick I appreciate her friendliness and professionalism as she was still able to help me out thank you Lillian 🙏🏽

They ran out of the bone in wings so I asked for a refund. I still haven’t received the refund. This happened on Halloween 2024. Martin was the individual that was meant to refund me.

Staff are unprofessional and under prepared for orders. The employees seem more concerned with the work then with the people. Recieved a text saying my order was ready so I headed there. Waited another 30 minutes for my order while people that came and left after me. I called and received a rude response saying they are getting to it.
I was so excited to get some pizza but sadly had a terrible experience.

Ordered online, went to pick up, the idiots gave my order to someone else. Papa John's on Edgemere ????. Keep your sorry, I don't need it.

This place sucks in every element.. service, timing, everything. My pizza wasn’t ready so I had to sit down and wait. Come 20mins later, it was ready just nobody bothered to let me know. Haha crazy how they run this place like a bunch of high school dropouts

I don't even know where to start with this review. Papa John's Pizza. I called to order a meat lovers with pineapples on the meat lovers itself. I guess Papa John's is outsourcing to call centers for taking the orders on the phone. I had a very hard time understanding what she was saying and had to ask about five different times to repeat herself. When I got there to pick up my pizza to my surprise I ended up getting a meat lovers and a pineapple pizza! Yes a pizza with pineapple only two pizzas! and they were both soggy and unpalatable.

My family and I spent about $50 for 3 of 10” inches pizzas. Super excited to have it for dinner but after we got our order, we were extremely disappointed!!! All of the 3 pizza dough were still raw! Very undercooked! We called to get the issue resolved but left with no luck, the manager told us that there was nothing that he can do since we ordered through UberEats. We understand we did not order directly through them but the delivery was not the issue, it was the food being way undercooked! We did not want a refund! We just wanted to be able to bring back the old pizzas and get new ones that are edible! But the manager insisted on telling us that it was not their fault and they will not do anything further to help us. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Will not recommend to anyone!!!

The worst service takes too long for your orders 25 minutes for a pizza and the employees just look at each other without giving a solution. incompetent people

It doesn't take 1 hour after order to deliver the pizza even more just to sit in my car and wait just to pick it up at the store. What's going on yall are slacking it.

Well it's really bad that they send calls to a call center we placed 2 orders and they only got one the lady on the call center had us over 20 minutes taking the order and we couldn't really understand her they need to go back to basics on customer service.
