I had a very good experience with Papa John’s. Ordering was quick and simple, and the staff was friendly when I arrived. My food was ready close to the estimated time, and everything was prepared the way I ordered it.

This is the most unreliable Papa John’s I have ever used. If you ever receive any timeline from them, expect it to be double that. This has happened every time we have ordered from here. They need to have a better system of more accurately identifying delivery times. It would be a different story if when we ordered we knew when to expect it. 3 times now in a row we have been told 30-40 minutes and it has been closer to or over 2 hours.

The reviews are bad for a reason. Assume they will mess up your order. Not the first time.

I ordered carry out before the 12:00 AM cutoff to get the 50% deal. The “General Manager” from what she claimed to be, called and canceled my order because she “closed the register” at 11:50 PM, even though the policy clearly says midnight. She gave major attitude, claimed she can close whenever she wants, and when we asked for her name she hung up and ignored our calls. It was a “this can’t be real” moment. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone who’s supposed to be running the store. She should be fired. don’t come to this location. I would find myself more conveniently going to a papa johns on the west side, even though I live 5 minutes away from this location. Horrible place

Extremely disappointed with this location. I will not be ordering from them again—and since this is unfortunately the closest Papa John’s to my house, I won’t be eating Papa John’s pizza for a while.

I placed an order on Halloween and scheduled it three hours in advance for delivery at 6:30 p.m. I ordered two Jack-o'-Lantern pizzas, but they never arrived on time. After waiting two hours past my scheduled delivery, I called to cancel the order and request a full refund.
I spoke with a manager who sounded completely overwhelmed, as if she’d never experienced a busy night before. She assured me that the order would be canceled and I would receive a refund within five business days.

About 45 minutes after I canceled, the pizzas finally showed up—cold, dry, and missing pizza sauce entirely. They looked terrible and were inedible.

All in all, this was a complete waste of time and money. If you’re planning to order for an event or family night, choose a different location—or a different pizza chain altogether.

The pizza was mediocre, but what really disappointed me was the staff!!! yes i get it its a pizza joint ,but there was kids in the lobby and the employees were cursing and loud very unprofessional! i will never return to this establishment,and also the employees had no idea of what specials they were running 🤔 i will also be report this place to the better business bureau.

I ordered a pizza for take out and I was looking forward to a delicious pepperoni, stuffed crust pizza. But when I walked in to pay for my pizza, the cashier was wearing a black shirt full of pet hair. Then as I looked toward the back, the guys that were building, the pizzas did not have hair, nets or beard nets. I immediately lost my appetite and was just thinking there may be hair in my pizza slices. I had a couple slices but was carefully looking out for hair in it. Won’t be going back to this location again.
