It doesn't take 1 hour after order to deliver the pizza even more just to sit in my car and wait just to pick it up at the store. What's going on yall are slacking it.

Well it's really bad that they send calls to a call center we placed 2 orders and they only got one the lady on the call center had us over 20 minutes taking the order and we couldn't really understand her they need to go back to basics on customer service.
The pizza quality has gone down way below. It looked like we ordered from Cici's. The pizza was not cooked all the way and had absolutely no flavor. The chicken wings were not cooked properly. Awful!!!

When we got there they did not have the open sign on and it seemed like nobody was there. When we got the pizza and brought it home it wasn’t cut, employees had a bad attitude and our wings were extremely dry as well with no spice to it and we ordered them buffalo. Definitely not worth the 45 dollars we paid.

Ordered a pizza and jalapeno bites. Delivery driver Juan left pizza on my porch without knocking. When I opened the box, the pizza order was incorrect. When I tried to call to let them know. They had me going back and forth on hold for over an hour with no resolution. After I called back they had me on hold again. After an hour, Melinda was finally able to help me get a solution.
I live like 10 minutes away from the location, not only did they take forever to prepare my pizza but they also messed up my order. I wanted to speak to the GM, Ralph, and he is by far the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. Not only did he fail to recognize a simple mistake but much less did he show a little bit of sympathy. I don’t know how he’s a manager. I shouldn’t be making a big deal for a pizza but seriously, how hard is it to make a pizza?

I ordered at 3:37pm for a large pepperoni pizza and i waited 1 hour for my pizza and it was never delivered. I then called the place and asked to speak to the manager. Ralph told me that I will get my order when it's ready amd kept talking in a very rude tone. I asked for an estimate for how long it would take and he laughed. Got my pizza 30 minutes later after that call. Never order from here extremely rude management.

First time getting delivery from this location, and it was flawless! The 2 pizzas we ordered (The Works & a Thin Crust Pepperoni) arrived piping hot, with fresh colorful ingredients evenly distributed over the smooth layers of melted cheese (and no grease pools!) The delivery driver had a warm smile on and the pizzas weren't damaged during transport.We also got the cinnamon pullaparts. They were soft, sweet (but not overly so), and still warm even well after dinner.Papa John's is usually satisfying. This time was exceptional! They really nailed the whole experience!
