We were yelled at by the Chef! So this place was recommended to us, so we tried it. We asked for mushrooms on our spaghetti in the half and half meal only to be confronted the chef/cook and told he could ONLY do that on whole orders. We of course said we would pay an upcharge.....but that only made him even more irate and raised his voice again! That is no way to treat a guest! We paid for our appetizer and beverages and left. I guess he doesn't really want business. The site says customer service priority we did not feel priority I have never been to a Italian restraint that could not add mushrooms. We were very sorry we came. There are definitely other local owned restraints that the chef is a chef. Very disappointing. Service was excellent it is a shame the so called chef cannot chop mushrooms or garlic for the side spaghetti. Maybe others@are treated with more tesoect wd are long term el paso professionals that have always supported local businesses.

We were hungry and craving fettuccine alfredo. Needless to say, everything was very bland. Two of us got the fettuccine, and I got the eggplant parmesan. My eggplant was nothing but batter. I tried some of the fettuccine and it was just devoid of love with absolutely no flavor. It was like eating pasta with water. Not even the side of parmesan cheese could revive it.

Looking for an amazing Italian place in El Paso? Look no further! Everything was on point! We had the calamari, the eggplant Parmesan, the Maria Elena delight shrimp, and spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything was cooked perfectly, the flavors were amazing, and the atmosphere feels like family. The owner was so kind and welcoming. Definitely give it a try!

Delicious food! We enjoyed ever bite
I had high expectations for this Italian food establishment on the west side of El Paso. My number one pet peeve about my experience was that the owners were sitting and drinking. I witnessed the owner drinking wine and also running back and forth from the kitchen to serve their dinner party while I was waiting over 20 minutes for a water refill. I asked the waitress if that was the owner, and they confirmed. There is nothing wrong with hosting a party; however, all paying customers deserve the same attentive service. I also am not in agreement with the owner consuming alcohol while ‘working.’ It is almost like having that mindset of ‘do as I say, not as I do.’ The owner was snarky and dismissive of customers who were not regulars. All the regulars are treated well and greeted warmly. The owner refused to speak to me in English and was incredibly condescending. I thought we would receive exceptional customer service since this place appears small and intimate, and their hours are minimal. I was utterly wrong. The food was subpar and not tasty. The drive from the east side was not worth this meal. Never again.
