We were just there and had the greatest experience!! There was a gentleman called Joshua that made our stay very pleasant. He was so nice since we entered the restaurant, ordered and brought our food. He was amazing!
Stopped in for lunch as was greeted by the manager Eric! The food was out quickly! It was freshly made, steaming hot, and quite tasty. I will definitely be back!
Joshua at the register was very helpful. He placed the order right but the kitchen messed up and gave mushrooms when I asked for none. Food was kind of bland.
Erik was gracious and made us feel at home, the food was delicious, the menu was easily accessible and understandable to read.
Appreciate Erics great service! Will come again.

Every time we get to El Paso we stop and eat at Pei Wei on Mesa. The food, the atmosphere, the cooks and the team are excellent. Highly recommend

This visit was a breath of fresh air. Josh (The Manager) is extraordinarily thoughtful and kind. He met every customer at the door with a smile and had the personality you wish everyone had. He brightened everyone’s table. The food was great as usual and brought out extremely fast. Keep up the good work Josh. God bless.
Pei Wei has always served great food, but the difference since Josh became GM is incredible. He’s warm, welcoming, and truly cares about the customer experience. You feel it the moment you walk in—better service, more energy, and a personal touch that makes all the difference. Big thumbs up to Josh and the team!
This is the only pie Wei I have ever been to that doesn’t know what stock velveted is.
