My friends and I had dinner for our annual Christmas ornament gift giving. As soon as we walked in Cruz, a very professional and friendly young man greeted us. The whole night time crew was super nice and kind. A small plastic fell in our food by accident and everyone was so quick to fix it and make sure everything was fresh and delicious. Joshua Norton was the manager that directly talked to us and made sure everything was right and the cook Esdra Hazel was amazing and attentive. Everything was so delicious and out quick.

I use to love this place before Covid after it isn’t the same ordered kung pao chicken fried rice was mushy and plain very soupy chicken had no flavor, veggies were also soggy.Customer service was excellent very polite.

Had an ejoyable time there yesterday, we got dinner very good by the way. We got there 20 till 9pm the time they close, Josh the manager politely advice us about it, but said we could stay a little longer so we did. He was very friendly and make us feel at home. He said he is learning spanish, asi que lo ayudamos a practicar un poco.

Great customer service from start to finish! The food was ready when promised and delicious.

Rosa the general manager needs training. We placed order online and called store after to ask for meat to be cooked extra well. Employee Josh said he would make sure to tell the cooks. Well the meat came out under cooked so we called to ask for refund. When we got to store Rosa's acted very rude with us and made us feel very uncomfortable. She the proceeded to making us wait more than 20 minutes to issue a refund. She was very aggressive towards my wife and acted as if the return was coming out of her personal check. Her Employee Josh had way better people skills and handled the situation way better than his own manager. When we left she then proceeded to scold Josh for helping us out. She seemed bothered that Josh was handling the situation much better than she did. This lady is always in bad mood and is bad for business.
