I am not a big fan of Chinese food but THIS is THE BEST I have ever eaten anywhere. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is bar none. Try their combination lo-mein. I have tried that in numerous places in numerous different cities and this is the most delicious I have ever tasted. Don’t take my word for it; go over there and give them a try and see (taste) for yourselves. You’ll be glad you did 😘

Terrible service. I waited 35 minutes for my curry chicken, which never came. I flagged the manager down to ask how much my soda was so I could pay and leave. Told him about my food never arriving, nor any kind of apology or reason for delay from my waitress, and he said it was ready and that he would go get it. Then, my waitress came out a couple of minutes later apologizing, saying the manager was going to personally cook it. I clarified he is cooking it, which means it was never cooked? She confirmed it hadn’t been. I told them to cancel and left. On a side note, my waitress was wearing a glove, I’m assuming for sanitary reasons, but was also eating ice from the bar with same hand, and at one point went on the floor on hands and knees to put a napkin under a table leg that was wobbling. That’s disgusting- keep your hands away from my ghost food.

Unfortunately, my first experience wasn’t a great one.

When I walked in, I wasn’t acknowledged at all by the blonde cashier. I understand she was busy on the phone taking an order, but a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Being ignored while standing there waiting didn’t feel welcoming, especially as a dine-in customer.

The food itself was decent, and the prices were reasonable. I would still recommend giving this place a try based on the food alone. However, customer service truly matters, and first impressions are everything.

I also couldn’t help but notice that other customers walking in or leaving were acknowledged, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and left me questioning the experience. I sincerely hope it wasn’t intentional.

Overall, the food was good — but improving customer service would make a big difference.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. The food took 2 hours to be delivered. It was cold and flavorless. I didn't like that it was sent in thin styrofoam containers instead of the boxes. They were all spilt and busted open by the time they got here. No salt or flavor in any of it and the egg drop soup was pure salt. I will not be ordering from here again. I have to heat it up on the stove and add seasonings/sauces to even make it edible. What's the point in buying food for you to have to fix it when it gets there. I'm certain whoever makes it can't cook.

Order was placed online and when I got to the restaurant half an hour later they barely noticed that they had an online order and barely started the order. After another half an hour of waiting I just left. It wasn’t even busy. And the manager had no idea what he was doing.

Haven't been to this location in years. But food was HORRIBLE. Ordered the Peking duck. It tasted like it was made last week, frozen then microwaved. Dead dry. The happy family was skimpy but brought out on some fajita plate. Orange chicken was scrappy and the sauce tasted like it was from a jar. We brought it up and the manager just said I'll tell the cook, and still charged me for the duck. Spent $60 for garbage. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Food is horrible and the tea had a shell like something floating in it. Service was bad. Do not recommend this restaurant.
