Me and my girl normally go there for dining in for lunch. But yesterday i took my family for dinner we had the worst service the young girl didn't even know what she was doing i had to keep asking her for our drinks. not going back no more.

Order was placed online and when I got to the restaurant half an hour later they barely noticed that they had an online order and barely started the order. After another half an hour of waiting I just left. It wasn’t even busy. And the manager had no idea what he was doing.

Haven't been to this location in years. But food was HORRIBLE. Ordered the Peking duck. It tasted like it was made last week, frozen then microwaved. Dead dry. The happy family was skimpy but brought out on some fajita plate. Orange chicken was scrappy and the sauce tasted like it was from a jar. We brought it up and the manager just said I'll tell the cook, and still charged me for the duck. Spent $60 for garbage. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Waited 40 minutes for my meal to be told all the cooks were out to lunch. So they would start my meal now that they were back. Never will set foot in this place again. Absolutely ridiculous. MOD said my server should have informed me of this. Who runs a restaurant like this. Trash.

We've been here before and the service was ok. We came back today and we will never come back. Server was not trained. She didn't know anything about the menu. That was her second week. The mix drinks tasted spoiled. Very bad experience we didn't eat anything we just paid for our drinks. 1 star cause I can't give a negative 5.

Literally made a pickup order , gave name, got a time. Waited that time, went to pickup, they never made the order.
Walked in, waited 15 minutes, they asked for my pick up name , gave it , dude never came back. Another dude came, asked my pickup name , says they don't have my order. Waste of time.

I recently started eating Peking again. There was a time when the food suffered in quality and freshness but that seems to have passed. I truly only go for the lunch special. It's a great deal and includes an egg roll. I absolutely love the Hot and Sour soup and think it's the BEST in El Paso. For my lunch meal and a soup plus tip I pay $15. I don't really like eating there but I do enjoy the service when I order for pick up. They always include sauces and fortune cookies with your meal as well as utensils and napkins. I'm always happy with meal and typically have leftovers. As far as recommending a specific order I really enjoy the beef and broccoli as well as the sesame chicken. I usually ask for white rice not fried. And again HOT AND SOUR SOUP!

Absolutely horrible place. For one, the building itself is run down, dirty and looks more like a clandestine massage parlor with soy sauce splatter decor and moldy spots throughout the walls and ceiling. The soup was about as warm as tap water. The rice was old. The food is flavorless and just downright bad. Lastly, the service was horrible!! You can tell the old lady had issues I was there with my husband and the only other waiter was gay but he was too busy hating that he literally helped everyone else there (3 different groups) but us. Was told you could get a decent quick lunch bite here but boy were they wrong!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
