I ordere from this place 3 times a week and today the service was terrible. They wanted to overcharge me. Very disappointed in the way they handled the situation

Ordered thru DoorDash but chicken chow mein had no noodles. Just flavorless chicken with carrots cabbage and a bunch of bean sprouts, glad I chose noodles as the side. Second plate I ordered fried rice as the side and it was just white rice with soy sauce. No veggies.

Horrible customer service! Called at 3 01pm to order lunch girl in front refused to let me order lunch special..one Minute!! I ordered food 5 to 6 times weekly..
They lost a great customer for One darn minute...spoke to owner he didn't even apologize 🙄

Trawood location was very nice inside, great atmosphere, nice waiters, good customer service, delicious food. I always enjoy my visit here my favorite Chinese spot in El Paso❣️

Food is always great and the new cashier Brenda is amazing very courteous and great customer service. Restaurant just needs to work up on a little bit on the interior of the building but has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in El Paso for many years

My biggest mistake was ordering from here instead of the trawood location thinking they’re the same. Everything from customer service to quality of food is like day and night between these locations. Take the extra mileage and goto trawood location instead.

This order was a delivery, the containers barely had any food and had no flavor. They sent my order without my drink but they charged me for it and told me to take it up with my delivery service company. The only one that offered and made it right by offering to pick me up a drink was my delivery driver and of course I will pay her for it. I don't recommend this place to nobody. Completely disgusted and I will never order or give them my business again. I should have read the reviews since it's been awhile that I've ordered from this place.

We placed a to-go order and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived for pickup on time, paid for the order, and then stood there for an HOUR waiting for it to be ready. All the while the girl kept coming out to tell me it was almost ready. Funny how the DoorDash driver who got there at the same time I did had his order out in less than 10 minutes. The girl was pleasant and apologetic but that didn’t solve the urgency of our problem. Won’t be back to this place.

I went here and got a 3 meat platter with fried rice. And omg it was terrible... The meats were ALL chewy, the shrimp is too fishy and the fried rice is so Obviously frozen because the fridge aftertaste is all you get. My buddy however got the general tsao and it was actually great! Other then that, The only positive thing I can say is that young lady attending us was quick and attentive.

Sweet and sour chicken was disgusting and dry. The fried rice was stale and flavorless. Never going back!

I got chicken chop suey, and it was so bad, it tasted like it was left outside and it went bad, had to return it, I am also 7 months pregnant and I was definitely able to taste it. I got teriyaki chicken, and the chicken was so dry that also tasted like it was left outside and reheated. Overall bad experience and will never return again, really sad, because I was looking forward to getting some chinese food, I recommend that you go else where.
