This place never ceases to amaze me. Our waiter,Nico, was beyond expectation. The service, the food the atmosphere, management and staff were amazing. Definitely five stars.

Food was very delicious. Only issue was our waitress left for the day. She didn't tell us and it looks like she didn't tell anyone about our table. So after a while we were just there, nobody checked on us. It wasn't until my wife spoke with the lady at the front that they were more attentive to our table. If not five stars all around.

We came here to celebrate my birthday on 11/9 my family was required to leave a deposit for a reservation they made. Never has this been a requirement at a restaurant. This was not a good first impression. At the end of the meal my dad forgot to use the gift card they gave him for the deposit and they had already charged him for the meal. Then when he asked for a refund the staff told him to use the gift card with the deposit amount on another visit. My dad had to insist adamantly for the refund and they finally agreed to do it. Then the staff did not know what to do to give him the money back. This is not a good look or a good practice in my opinion. If I come back it might be by invitation only. The food was good and the service was good. The visit would have been top notch had it not been for this deposit practice they have.

This is a very pleasant restaurant. Jessica provided very attentive and timely service. Often stopped by to ensure all was as the costumer wanted. Great service, combined with some of the best carnitas. Very good experience indeed. I recommend it.

Perol has a very authentic Mexican feel the moment you walk in. Walking into this restaurant you can smell all the delicious food being prepared. On our visit today we enjoyed a queso fundido with chorizo, which had one of the best cheese pulls. Our entree was a parrillada that feeds 2-3 people, we choose Tripitas 3/4 done (this is the way we always order our tripitas), pork buche, and pork carnitas. The parrillada comes with 2 side of your choice. We enjoyed the pastel de nuez con nieve de chongos, the ice cream taste like arroz con leche and the cake was soft and flavorful. We will definitely be back!

Ordered the parrillada for 2. The cernitas are excellent!!! I'm definitely coming back for carnitas. The buche is cut into long pieces and seems a but undercooked. The pumpkin atole is delicious.
The bad part is thar we waited forever for the waitress to come. once she brought our food, she didn't come back. I had to ask someone to call her

That's the second time I ordered some food to pick up the first one they didn't give me the extra tortillas a ordered, today I ordered a large side of guacamole and they gave me the small one.

Great service, very large portions, good taste. Everything was very good except that we ordered a tray of carnitas and they only gave us six tortillas. 6 tortillas for 4 people is insufficient, we asked for more and they were given to us. Yes I give it 5 stars
The food was excellent and the patio is very well decorated and it wasn't too hot either, it was great while eating. Our waitress was a little late with service, but I want to thank Ivan for helping her. He always watched over us and made sure we had everything and helped my wife choose her dish. Overall we had a great dinner and will be back for more.
