Food was very delicious. Only issue was our waitress left for the day. She didn't tell us and it looks like she didn't tell anyone about our table. So after a while we were just there, nobody checked on us. It wasn't until my wife spoke with the lady at the front that they were more attentive to our table. If not five stars all around.

This is a very pleasant restaurant. Jessica provided very attentive and timely service. Often stopped by to ensure all was as the costumer wanted. Great service, combined with some of the best carnitas. Very good experience indeed. I recommend it.

Perol has a very authentic Mexican feel the moment you walk in. Walking into this restaurant you can smell all the delicious food being prepared. On our visit today we enjoyed a queso fundido with chorizo, which had one of the best cheese pulls. Our entree was a parrillada that feeds 2-3 people, we choose Tripitas 3/4 done (this is the way we always order our tripitas), pork buche, and pork carnitas. The parrillada comes with 2 side of your choice. We enjoyed the pastel de nuez...
