We absolutely loved Perol in El Paso—authentic Mexican flavors, modern-casual vibe, and dishes made the old‑fashioned way that just hit the mark. David was our server, and he knocked it out of the park: attentive, friendly, and on point with every suggestion. He elevated the evening. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was very delicious. Only issue was our waitress left for the day. She didn't tell us and it looks like she didn't tell anyone about our table. So after a while we were just there, nobody checked on us. It wasn't until my wife spoke with the lady at the front that they were more attentive to our table. If not five stars all around.

This is a very pleasant restaurant. Jessica provided very attentive and timely service. Often stopped by to ensure all was as the costumer wanted. Great service, combined with some of the best carnitas. Very good experience indeed. I recommend it.
