The asst Manager Jose I believe he said his name was he was super unprofessional. I ordered a pizza for pickup when I got there it was 2 minutes till 10 pm and the door was already locked and closedown I could clearly see my order on the rack so I was knocking at the door trying to get the attention while they walked around and acted as if they didn’t see me. He continued to close the register at this time it’s 10:04 so I called the store and let them know I had been outside he said no I couldn’t get my order and they were going to throw it in the trash I explained that I was getting it for someone who came from out of town and that I had the cash if needed instead of card but not to throw it and he said no nothing I can do. My problem is why did they close before 10 pm and he had the audacity to say I was too late when clearly they locked the door before 10 pm and so had been standing there since. Please check your cameras to ensure they in fact didn’t close early

Left a bad review as “anon” under a different email below and the owner responded saying to contact customer support AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK!! ITS BEEN WEEKS, THEY ARE LIARS.

HAS TO BE THE WORST PIZZA IN THE WORLD!!!! THIS IS NOT A PIZZA PIE!!! THIS IS AS FAKE AS IT GETS PEOPLE!!! THESE FOLKS NEED TO GO BACK TO MY HOME ON THE EAST COAST AND LEARN HOW TO MAKE A REAL PIE, BECAUSE THEY WOULD GET RUN OUTTA THE BRONX BEFORE THEY COULD MAKE A SECOND PIE!!! YOU CAN'T EVEN HEAR YOURSELF THINK IN THIS PLACE AND THE PARENTS OF THESE KIDS HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER HOW NASTY THE KIDS ARE W/ THE MESS THEY MAKE!!!

Terrible experience, placed order online, showed up at the pickup time, and was told a couple more minutes, 30 minutes later standing and it’s like the workers were all confused why i was there and had to tell them multiple times i had a order and the girls behind the counter were just laughing and talking about me making me feel uncomfortable while not even trying to complete my order while other people who have ordered after me were getting there food. Absolutely horrible.

I recently visited Peter Piper Pizza in El Paso, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I placed an order over the phone and asked about additional topping costs. The staff member wasn’t able to provide clear information, and I was led to believe that toppings were included. However, when I picked up the pizza, the price was almost double what I was quoted, and each topping was charged extra. To make matters worse, the manager was quite rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope they improve their customer service and transparency in the future.

Staff are good and the place is clean, spacious, comfortable. The pizza is terrible, though. A type of mass produced pizza that is awful. Kids seem to like it though.

This Peter Piper is a hit and miss. The Pizza sometimes doesnt have the same taste as the others do. Also last time i ordered an XL they gave me a Large. Quality control could do better.
