Louie, the manager was kind & offered me an XL pepperoni pizza after my order was almost an hour late. He was respectful & pleasant to get my pizza order in. He went above & beyond. Thank you Louie. You are a very good customer service manager. I was not upset, I was just hungry. ?

I always have birthday parties at Peter Piper for my kids & always had an amazing host. This year was by far the worst birthday host I’ve ever had. Besides getting our initial order request, she never returned to our party to ask if we needed anything else. I had to go to the front counter 11 times (yes I counted) to look for her and order more food and drinks. And most of those times I’d look for her, she was in the back in that small office. What’s the point in booking a party that includes a host if I had to go to the front counter to order more food that many times?? Other than the bad host, we had a good time.
