The service on September 25th 2025 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm was horrendous. The location on Lee Trevino. We waited over an hour for our food. I noticed a lot of people waiting as well. I will never eat there again I will take my business elsewhere.

God forbid I go in an hour and half before close. Pizza was dry and cheese was burnt. Manager Jonny was rude as hell. Absolutely ridiculous. After a long day all I wanted was some good pizza to take home. Couldnāt even have that. Thanks for nothing for the terrible service and food.

I want to give a huge s/o to the guy working the game section on 8/20 around 7pm! My son has autism and sometimes itās hard for him to understand certain games, the worker not only helped us out once but twice! My son was about to have a meltdown and the worker did such a sweet gesture for him twice! It meant a lot to me and to my family! He saved us from a meltdown and made his birthday! Such a small gesture went along way I canāt thank you enough! He was wearing a grey shirt with longish hair didnāt catch his name but hopefully he sees this!

Ordered a Meat Lover's pizza and the amount of toppings was disappointing. It really only had pepperoni and sausage and a few pieces of ham, maybe. Also, when I arrived at the restaurant (about 40 minutes before the posted closing time) the doors were locked and I had to call to be let in.

This Peter Piper is getting worse and worse. The Pizza is never properly cooked or cut. The toppings are never evenly distributed. At this point Iāll just order Domino's. The wings as stated are never well done and always soggy. The employees working there donāt care about customer service or quality control. Everything is always dirty too. Time to look for a different pizza place or another location. I have given this location too many chances and they are just getting worse. Train your employees better and get better management. Look at the pizza and that was with extra pepperoni, I always have to get it now or else the pepperoni is non existent. Pieces are cut super uneven and half of it doesnāt even have cheese. Had to send back to get it well done too. No excuse for this.

Very disappointed. We literally ordered our take-out from the parking lot. When we picked up our orderat the appropriatet scheduled time, our order was cold. That made us feel like we picked up some else's order that had been sitting there. I wish they would excersise better customer service and make up our order, fresh and hot.

Peter Piper continues to disappoint. Iām only posting this because itās getting old to continue to get the wings under cooked. If youāre not gonna do āwell doneā then just remove it from your options. Iām constantly having to wait for wings to get placed back in the oven after arriving for my food. I even go as far as to write it in the āspecial instructionsā section. WELL DONEā¦ smh
