Very dissatisfied with the customer service we experienced today. We called in our order an hour prior due to the holiday & understanding it’s a busy night but upon arrival the manager, Monica, let us know she never out in our order and let us walk out the door empty handed. She had no solution nor did she show any empathy towards their mistake. It’s not about the food but lack of professionalism. Hire better; train better.

They were dry, lacked flavor, and the texture was not what I would expect from a restaurant meal. Serving wings that have been sitting for nearly a week is not acceptable, especially when customers expect quality and freshness. Food Quality The poor quality of the wings affected my overall dining experience. Freshness is very important, especially with chicken, both for taste and safety reasons. The rest of the meal could not make up for this letdown. Service While the staff may have been polite, serving week-old wings shows a lack of attention to food quality and customer satisfaction. Restaurants should always ensure they are serving fresh, safe food. Overall Impression This experience was disappointing. I hope Peter Piper Pizza improves their food handling practices so other customers do not have the same issue. Freshness and quality should always be a priority. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

This pizza place has plenty of parking. New games, some are different to other Peter Piper’s. Even though they had four parties going, there was plenty of space for other customers. Pizza was good, as always.
I want to thank Nate 😊for being so sweet and helpful in giving me another pizza since the one I had unfortunately was thrown away accidentally. Thank you so much Nate appreciate your help and for being so kind ✨

The pizza is nothing special but my kid enjoys the variety of arcade games. Wait time for food was pretty standard. We came later in the day and many tables were dirty/hadn't been bussed.
