Everything is very good except that they have more games where you "steal points", casino type... than games where you literally play either basketball, bowling or others of that style

This staff can’t handle busy days. I made a mistake online, and forgot to add pepperoni to one of my pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas. I called to add the pepperoni’s. They said they’ll fix it, and immediately hung up on me. When I got there they were trying to charge for a whole extra pizza, a total of 3. I told them all I wanted was 2, and just called to add pepperoni to one. They gave me the pizzas and said they fixed it. My mistake by not checking, but when I got home the pepperoni was still missing. If the staff on the phone wasn’t so eager to hang up on my I think everything would have been resolved better. They even seemed out of focused in person. On top of that I asked for my pizza well done. They were cold, and still doughy. Even the pineapple was cold, as if they forgot to add it and put it on at the end. This is the second time this has happened to me at the same location this past month. Except last time I didn’t forgot to add the pepperoni on my order, it was completely there mistake on there end. I don’t recommend Zaragoza location. You can clearly see the cheese wasn’t melted properly either. It seemed like they were completely rushing everything and couldn’t get the order down properly.

Birthday party on a Saturday night, the place is packed and pizza is coming out hot, so good, bit greasy. Chicken wings were the best I've had at a PPP in a long time! My kids liked the big game area.

This place was fun for my kiddos. They were having som much fun until the GM manager on 9/21 evening shift came out and was taking pictures of kids. Just the kids only which I found very awkward. When I tried to approach him since my daughter didn't feel comfortable. He took off back into the back and didn't come out. Thankfully the police officer was walking around so I felt a little more comfortable. Thank you EPPD for providing a police officer! My daughter felt way more comfortable when the police officer working on duty that evening checked on her and all of her friends. As for the manager that evening, STOP taking pictures of kids only! U make them uncomfortable!!!

I had my son’s 1st birthday party here and everything was perfect! The manager Raul Galvez went above and beyond to make sure we had the right balloon colors, the correct amount of tables for our guests, and plenty of time to set up before hand! Our hostess Brianna was super sweet and helpful all night, she never missed a beat. Overall, it was a great experience for us, our guests, and most importantly our little one.

I went in a couple days ago with my family and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The girl taking my order was extremely rude and just over all had a bad attitude (I believe her name was Dani), she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. When I got served my pizzas it was by two different girls, one of the girls name started with a “J” and the other had blond highlights with long lashes, they both seemed visibly upset with our big order (we are a family of six) when they came to our table with the food I had asked for extra plates and one of the girls rolled her eyes. I had also asked if they could take one of the trays away and the other girl ended up snatching it out of my hand. I never would have expected this type of service considering all my other visits have been delightful, I really hope things change but for the meantime I will not be returning.

I know lots of people LOVE PPP but to me the pizza bread is too dry, and overall salty. I like to order the mushroom pizza because it takes away some of the saltiness. My kids like to go there.

Parking: The parking lot has lots of landscaping and prickly cactus in between rows - not kid friendly nor easy access.

We love PPP! We recently had a birthday party at this location, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our party guests really enjoyed themselves, and most importantly, they loved the pizza!
