I visited Peter Piper Pizza with three friends and was initially greeted by a very friendly team member at the cashier, which gave us a good first impression. We ordered an Extra Large Pizza along with a 20-count of wings. The pizza arrived quickly—within a few minutes—which was great. However, the wings were not brought out with the pizza, and we were told they would be out shortly.
As we waited, we went ahead and ate the pizza, expecting the wings to follow soon. Unfortunately, by the time we finished the entire pizza, we still hadn’t received the wings. At that point, it had been over 35 minutes since we placed our order, and the restaurant was not busy at all.
I understand that delays can happen, and I simply wanted a refund for the wings. We informed a team member, who then spoke to the manager, Maddy. However, the manager seemed visibly annoyed by the situation. She went to the POS system and handed us a receipt, claiming it was our refund. Later, we realized that it was actually just a discount, as no refund was processed after several days.
We eventually called and spoke with Nate, who was very helpful and resolved the issue. While I appreciate the kindness of most of the staff, it was disappointing to be treated so rudely and unprofessionally by the manager, especially during my first visit to this location.

Great for the kids. Went for a school fundraiser 1 or 2 weeks ago. The pizza seemed to be undercooked that day, which is surprising because this location is usually on point with the food. They were helpful and accommodating.

The pizza is tasty, but slightly overpriced considering it’s a fast food-style place. The choice of carpet is questionable—it looks and feels unhygienic, especially with kids constantly spilling food and drinks. Cleanliness overall is lacking: tables, seats, and floors are often left dirty, with leftovers and trash sitting for at least 10 minutes before being cleaned. The bathrooms were also not well maintained—one of the two soap dispensers was completely empty. It would make a big difference to replace the flooring, ensure more frequent cleaning, improve hygiene in the dining and restroom areas, and consider offering healthier menu options.
Place is very clean and well attended to. The staff are all polite and considerate. The thin crust pizzas we ordered were on point.

We just had my son’s birthday party at this location yesterday. Everything was great and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. Jade, our party host, was super attentive and well organized.
