This is the worst pizza ever!! Crust was soggy in the middle, the cheese was only melted in sections. I ordered 4 large pizzas and my 6 guest only tried to eat a slice but it was so bad. There it goes over 63 dollars in the trash. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Went there for the buffet. The pizza was undercooked and there was not a lot of selection of pizza. Very empty at the salad bar too. I would not go to the buffet there

There are three reasons why I prefer ChuckECheese over Peter Piper Pizza. One is food quality. PPP puts just barely enough cheese to qualify as cheese on a pizza. You can see more marinara than cheese, CC has way better quality. PPP bas poor customer service, no security to make sure kids don't leave and the games are expensive. CC has security and unlimited games. Last time we'll come here. Over priced for minimum effort food

Usually this is a great experience however this time my pizza had only sprinkles of cheese . I was served pretty much tomato sauce on dough, not pleasant .
Honestly they can use more help. The manager is big time rude his name is Johnny. I was just asking how much longer for my order and he was talking to me like if I was a little kid or like if I didnāt understand him. Honestly they need to replace him for someone more professional.The place needs to be more clean and organized itās a mess.

Ordered the big city special. Pizza dough was soft, chewy and tasted like dough. Took it to the manager, and he just put it back in the oven after we had eaten from it. The pizza was given back and really overdone. No common courtesy to satisfy the customer. He remade another pizza and now we have to wait an extra 20 minutes. Getting all of this resolved took more than 30 minutes before the redone was done. Waited total of 50 minutes Until the other pizza finally came out. Manger had a whatever attitude. Left a bad taste in my mind and my mouth. No offer of discount, was a waste of our time and money. We love Peter Piperās as a family, but we will never come to this Peter Piper again on Yarbrough and the gateway. Someone needs to show this manager how to run a store.

OMG!!!! The best service at any PPP! They were on point! You could tell their leadership team stepped when their team was BUSY!!! Order was at 5:41 PM I got it exactly at that time. I walked they said we will call u by name. 10 seconds later my name was called! They did it all w a genuine smile. The atmosphere was vibrantā¦! Keep it up! TY for a great experience for a quick pickup!

Can't enjoy a pizza when the entire bottom is burnt. Can't also communicate with anyone when it's a delivery understanding. All websites state communicate with local store and they don't answer. I would recommend you all stop buying from this place because you never know what you're going to get. There's no standard of quality. They are happy to take your money though!!
