Placed a couple of orders, one for pizza and salads and the other for wings. Asked for wings to be extra crispy. The order was to go and it took a really long time. Was there for over an hour before I went up to ask about my wings. They were not even under the warmer but on table between ovens and counter. I was so looking forward to this. Most disappointing was the fact that when I got home, everything was cold and the winds weren't even crispy!

As always, the pizza is delicious. A unique flavor all it's own. Had the Chicago Classic. Love the fact that I can order a 1/2 & 1/2 and it's actually on the menu. Usually, the staff is bright and cheery, but this particular day and time, not only did i feel like i was interrupting a training session, but i was made to feel like anything BUT a customer. Did i ask for too much? Did I barter, an already overpriced pizza, for wooden nickels as payment? Well, couldn't have felt more invisible and it wasn't even crowded inside. 3 men behind the counter, each one more rude than the last. Not the type of customer service I'm used to getting. So all 3 of you need a brush up on people skills. The atmosphere inside Peter Piper has never changed since the day they first opened. The customer service, surely has just about everywhere we go nowadays. Peter Piper included. Would i order again? Absolutely! Am I looking forward to it? Absolutely NOT!

My son ordered a large pie pepperoni he brought it home gave me a slice I went back and got another one, Family owned that's the way to go! I hope the company gives Is there employees profit sharing After 10 years you're Fully invested 100%, And if the family of Peter Piper sells a company the employees get a piece of the pie!!!
