The pho's and bubble tea's are delicious. Very big bowl spent around 20 dollars per person.

Broth and spring rolls needed more love. But it was alright.

Terrible service waitress is beyond rude. Walked out before even ordering after waitress literally threw menus on table. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The pho is pho…except they skimp on everything. Its a scam to get you to ask for more ingredients and then charge you through the nose. We ordered the vegetarian pho which has about 2oz of plain, fried tofu and a hint of old veggies. We asked for more veggies and they charged us $4 per bowl! It was maybe 3 slices of carrots and a couple broccolis added for $8. They also only gave us 1 plate of fixings (bean sprouts, basil etc) to share which was the same amount they give to 1 person. We ordered the spring rolls which were nothing special. Total…$45 for 2 bowls of basic veggie pho and 2 tofu spring rolls. On top of this ripoff, the service here stinks. The one waitress is practically nonexistent. We had to constantly flag her down. When we asked for more fixings, she came back with a snarky remark, “oh you all ask for alot of stuff”. We love supporting local, but places like Pho24 are part of the reason people end up at franchises. Stop ripping off your customers and get better servers! Wont be back and am happily telling all our friends to stay away.

Ordered a P4 asked for extra tripe and tendon asked the lady if everything was in the bag she said yes got home and was missing the extra items plus no soy sauce or any extra sauce. I called to complain and was placed on hold for over 15 min had to hang up never going there again.

The food is good, but the service is quite rude. Any time you ask for extra limes, they claim they don't have. It just frustrating. I will probably never come back. And I feel they recycle the sprouts not eaten, I saw the owner getting them from a table and getting to the kitchen.

The food tastes really really good. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I have like it all. Nice friendly place.
I always come here when I get the chance to drive to the Eastside. Come check out Pho 24 and order P4 with or without brisket and if you are brave enough also add chili oil. You won’t be disappointed either way.
This place has the worst customer service in town. The waitress, in particular, was quite annoying. The owner appears more focused on money than the quality of the food. It's disheartening to see this as a representation of Asian cuisine. Also, make sure your bank is charged correctly and always get a copy of your receipt, verifying everything before payment. Overall, I won't be returning – the worst in town! The staff could benefit from learning customer service at other restaurants.
