I reordered carry out for the spicy beef soup. Couldn’t consume the beef but broth was delicious. My husband ordered Pho Tre Bien the day prior via uber and the food was good so decided to order another carryout. When I went into the restaurant to place the carryout order, one of the servers that had blonde medium length hair approached the podium. She looked at me w/ the dirtiest look, turned around and went back towards the bar. She did not acknowledge or say anything to me. I noticed there were 2 other servers behind the bar and a bald man standing at the end of the bar who appeared to be a cook. The restaurant staff looked at me without asking, “how can I help you”! I stood at the podium for 2-3 minutes before one of the servers behind the bar asked “if I needed help or if I had been serviced?” I shook my head “No” because I was limited to talk due to the amount of pain I was in from surgery. And finally a server (Hailey) from the kitchen approached podium and took my order. While I waited for my order, I noticed the same blonde hair server that ignored me, addressing other patrons immediately as they entered the restaurant to pick up carryout orders. I submitted a feedback same day and sent an email to the restaurant chain. There has been no response.
So I come to the conclusion… It appears that I was profiled because all the other patrons that were addressed immediately were White and Hispanic. And it’s apparent that this type of service & treatment is tolerated, which is interesting because I’ve never had any issue with this restaurant in past practices. Therefore, I will NOT be returning!

One of my favorite restaurants to go to the vegetarian pho noodles with the chile oil the best in town. After a long day was greeted by the best server Elva she was just the sweetest girl!!! So polite interacted with my daughter and she was just a pleasure to meet. Made the experience so much better. Definitely try this place out super great service and delicious food!!!! 🍜❤️

Honestly I’ve been a great customer for this restaurant. But lately it’s been rough. Food is great. Customer service sucks. First impression for the waiter sucked not even a hi or nothing just straight up what you want. Honestly been thinking about just not coming anymore. We didn't eat at this location, we were advised that their location on Gateway Blvd. was the best choice. There is a section of "Vegetarian and Vegan" items which includes about a dozen dishes. Since it did not distinguish between which are vegetarian and which are vegan, we asked our server. She went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that many of the dishes on the "Vegetarian and Vegan" section contained FISH SAUCE. Yep, you read that right, apparently fish are swimming vegetables. I would have to assume that this issue exists at all of their locations. Welcome to Texas.
That said, once we found out which items were vegan, the food was good. Hopefully it really was vegan.
The online menu currently on their website is outdated.

I went in today and was treated very well and the food was great! The appetizers came in super quick after ordering them and tasted really good as well as the pho. The service was great too especially our server Magaly. She greeted us and took our drinks right as we sat down, she was very polite, and took good care of us today. She was amazing! Definitely recommend this spot!

Food is great but right now we placed our order and got two briskets phos online for pick up and they didn’t give us the garnish for both pho’s. I hate to be that guy checking to make sure the order is correct in store but I guess that’s what I’ll have to do from now on. Very disappointed

Food was good, but the service here is horrible compared to the other locations. Never waited so long for an appetizer let alone the main course, the server couldn’t care less about the table if she wasn’t dropping off food or the check and even then would take over 5-10 minutes for simple things such as soy sauce and spoons??
Take your time and money elsewhere. This place Is Absolutely ridiculous. The service is Beyond Slow. They need to Work On customer service. This isn't It. They should literally reconsider a New Business Strategy. Messing up orders left and right.

This is my third uber eats order of the lemon grass tofu dish and the dish has change drastically. The first time I ordered it, I thought maybe there was a mistake in my order and continued with my day. The third order is making it evident that you guys no longer have the ingredients to make the dish correctly, so you should just remove it from the menu. There isn't lemongrass, garlic, bean sprouts, or peanut sauce. It's basically tofu, onions, and some basil. I think it's unfair to sell a dish under the disguise of something else. Just rename the dish. Thanks

Ordered for delivery and they only sent 2 out of 4 items. When I called I was given the excuse that their system was malfunctioning and they didn't get my full order. Somehow they were able to attach my receipt with all 4 items though! Offered to have it ready for me to go pick up. Ridiculous!

Stopped in for the first time a few days ago and it was amazing! Food and atmosphere were great but the service was phenomenal! Peter was such a sweetheart & took amazing care of us! Would definitely go back just because of him!
