Food is good but service is not that great. Went once, they made a mistake in my order and had me wait for them to make the correct plate and did nothing to apologize for it. They also charge an extra for chili oil over 2 1oz cups even if you have more than 2 orders of food. At least give 1oz of chili oil per order. Food taste good but there’s always minor inconveniences with orders and staff.

Well where do I start with this review, 20 minutes to get seated, 1 server on duty and a manager that would rather live out his bartending fantasy or something, they had one big top and and maybe another couple eating, there was so many dirty tables and the manager wasn’t helping the poor server on duty, she was everywhere and he was just flirting with some ladies and making drinks, now before you come after me for calling out the manager I’ll say this, I used to be the ASM at the Sunny’s right behind them so I know what a real rush looks like and how to schedule people, this guy not management material by no means he not even once checked on us, it wasn’t until a table next to us told him to check on us, mind you he did it very hastily and I had already asked him for a to go container about 10 minutes earlier, to which he gave me an attitude filled look because I asked him while he was making sake bombs for what I would assume were his buddies, he passed by our table multiple times and nothing so reasonably so I got a bit agitated, now I treat people how I’m treated, so when he was told by the other table to check on us and he hastily did I gave him cold attitude filled directions, the priority is cleaning tables and having seating available so people can sit and prepare their orders so the server doesn’t have to be stressed as much but there’s no direction because he rather flirt with ladies way older than him and make drinks with for his buddies, yeah the food was great but the food alone can’t mask the real issue at hand with management, will I come back to this location probably not, am I going to recommend this location HELL NO! That’s all I gotta say

I went to this restaurant with colleagues for dinner and I got a vegetarian dish. Food was great and the staff friendly. The best part of it came to prove the staff honesty because I forgot my sunglasses on the table. I called the restaurant a couple of days later. I asked the person on the phone about them and gave her a description about the sunglasses. She confirmed that they were. I asked her to hold them for a colleague to pick them up in a couple of weeks because I live in the east coast and I was not planing to go back to El Paso. This restaurant proved to have a perfect combination for a good restaurant: good food, great customer service, and friendly and honest staff members. Good job!

I ordered some Uber Eats, ordered a chicken pho. ? They didn’t send bean sprouts. I tried calling multiple times to give them a chance, but no one answers. Now I am going to let Uber Eats know to get a refund.

This is one of my favorite places to eat and get away with my husband for a good meal. The pho is delicious, the clay pot it my favorite dish here as well. But something has definitely changed in the last year…. Service isn’t there anymore. Some waitresses are dismissive and I just think this new generation of “kids” working don’t have the same outlook on the service industry. They’re too self absorbed and into their cell phones.
I placed an order for pickup for two brisket phos. When I got home and started preparing the food together the plastic baggies they give you the beak spouts, cilantro etc, smelled immediately like it was fermenting. I tried to rinse it all down but it still smelled to sour to consume. I’m assuming the beak spouts were packaged in there a couple days ago…. Instead of it being fresh. This is the first time it’s happened to me here though. I shook it off cuz it happens! But then my husband was eating his Pho and found a round ball in his noodles! It was a boba ball ? how’d that get in there? Service is definitely going down over here and management needs to step in to evaluate.

first of all, what is with the stinginess with the chili oil?!?! no option on uber to put a request for it so i have to ask the driver to get it and they tell him they can only give two little tiny containers, which doesn’t even make up for the two LARGE (which is the only size option to go btw) pho soups. then they charge for more??? do they charge you for more chick fil a sauce when you order 20 nuggets??? i can’t even get JUST two more little tiny quarter sized containers of chili oil? be so forreal ????

okay to start off, there was like 5 waiters when we got there, it took like 20 minutes to seat us. literally only two of the five were working, the rest were sitting around not helping when the others clearly needed help. our poor waitress looked so stressed, management really needs to schedule more/the right people. it took about 30 minutes for our drinks to come out and when we finally got the appetizer, the chicken was raw. the pho was pretty tasty, but the chicken was disgusting.
all in all, management needs to schedule more waiters because the wait time was absolutely unacceptable, it was not even that busy.
