Very helpful staff. Sometime you wait a bit but my food is always want i want. I do make changes on my food at times. I like my rare steak on the side so it doesn't cook in the broth too quickly. The place is clean. I love the windows.

My husband and I visit weekly lol! Ironically enough, pho isn’t even the best thing here. Their shrimp and salmon spring rolls will have you thinking, “Where have these been all my life?!” Seriously. If you’re looking for something new to try—the clay pot shrimp and chicken with noodles is it. You’re welcome.

We just ordered the skewered chicken, which was listed on the menu at $11.50, but our bill showed $13.50. When we asked, the waiter said it was a “fee.” It’s disappointing that this wasn’t mentioned upfront — prices should match the menu or clearly explain any extra charges.

We sat down and had to wait a little bit to get service, but understandably it was an hour or so before closing.

The nice young man working the floor took no time to take our order, and came out with our drinks within 5 minutes, then came back with our food in around 10.

Our food was phenomenal and flavorful, as always. Service was great and attentive. The decor is charming. Maybe a little dated for some people, but to me it made it cozy. The booths looked inviting to sit in.

Will definitely stop by here again soon!

Like others, I have been dining here for years! It’s very disappointing that for the past 3 occasions that we have gone in, we have been turned away saying “we closed early today” on google, closing time is 9:30 everyday except Saturday. We showed up at 8:35 this past Friday and were told random time closing information like “dining closes 5minutes early” (five minutes early from what time? 8:40?) and “kitchen would still be open but we are closing early today” ???????? A time before that we were flat out told they were closed at it was 8’oclock 😪 not sure what’s going on here but sadly it’s not worth going back.

I have been a long time customer so its not easy to submit this review. I genuinely hope management sees this, as El Paso is limited on Vietnamese food and I want them to thrive. This spot has been my favorite for a long time.

First of all when customers enter we go un-noticed and employees do not say hello for minutes or even make eye contact until customers approach or talk to them. Its awkward not knowing whether to seat ourselves our not. Maybe put a sign that says to seat yourselves.

Today I ordered Vermicelli - Charbroiled Sliced Ribeye and it was super burnt. Sadly, I noticed once I was home. It was not edible and I could not finish it. Fish sauce and salad was good so I did finish that.

Visited on Sept 3rd at 5:00pm.

Found two little hairs on my egg rolls, Bubble tea was watered down and I watched them make it and let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes before handing it to me and my party. Someone came in after us after we had been waiting for at least 30 minutes and got their food before us, they had pho, but we also ordered pho…… overall horrible experience and this was my first time trying pho!

Only thing I enjoyed was the spring rolls. Bubble tea was watery and they were out of almost every flavor. Service is not good and the wait for anything to order it’s 15+ minutes. Food was brought out to other people who arrived after us before we got our order. I would not recommend coming here save your money for some place better.

Had dinner here, not really much to say about this place? The only thing I really liked was the front. Door remind me of the old times other than that. The place looked, run down, like. Is this place open? Or what. There was only one server. I get it, she was trying to do her best. The food wasn't that great. I have traveled all throughout vietnam and uh, a lot of Pho places. I have never tasted a a broth like this, it was very, very, very sweet.
We got our food all at 1 time. But we had to wait a couple extra minutes to get spoons for our soup. She told us we had to wait a couple minutes. So we were just sitting there looking at each other while we waited. We were the second table in the restaurant. How do you not have spoons ready? This is one of these places tried it but won't be back.

8-26-2025: very inviting. Asked for sparkling water. They didn't have sparkling water. Asked for Coke Zero, I received flat diet Coke. Asked for water, and it turned out to be El Paso tap water. The server was really trying. She was new. The side toppings came out and the bean sprouts were wilted and dark brown. Total cost was $20 for the #16 pho and shrimp spring rolls.(you have to ask for the peanut sauce that normally comes with spring rolls apparently) I left in total disbelief about the upalling quality of the food and me half wondering I'm the bad guy because I asked for fresher vegetables and a higher quality non-alcoholic beverage. This is El Paso's food scene in a nutshell.

My wife enjoys going to eat there, but it is a wonder they have not gone under sometimes you go and they say they ran out of cokes or
Drinks their bathroom was out of order another time they did not have AC so it was very hot and for the last two times they serve wilted lettuce what they should do is just tell the customer they ran out of that particular item like they always do instead of giving spoiled lettuce not only is the lettuce limp, but also has holes where something ate out of it and dark. Hopefully the manager make sure that they have fresh produce to serve have be well stocked with drinks. And fix the bathroom, so customers will be able to wash their hands or use it if it needs to be used.

Honestly pretty good. Went for my lunch and had the steak/tendon pho. It was delicious. I got the small and it was still quite a bit of pho so keep that in mind if you have a small stomach. Overall excellent.

I have been to almost all the pho tre bien locations around by El Paso and I must say this was my absolute favorite. Our server Tristan was amazing! Service was great and the food was even better. Fast service as well! Will definitely be coming back very soon.
