Where do I start! It's a very cute and welcoming restaurant. We ordered some shrimp rolls to start... they were delicious! They were fresh and well put together but that peanut sauce was the star of the show! We ordered a mango and tarro bubble tea, they were refreshing and tasty. For the entrees, we ordered the rare brisket pho. It was AMAZING, it was well balanced, fresh and perfectly filling. The server Jenny was awesome and attentive. If you want a nice place to bring a date or dine solo, I HIGHLY recommend you check them out 🙏

Very disappointed in today’s experience. They only had one waitress at the front manning the lunch rush. So it took a long while to try to get a drink order in. We ordered and she stated they ran out of ice and that she was just waiting for her boss to get to the restaurant to restock. They didn’t have any sodas other than Fanta Orange. Then overhearing her speak to another customer she said she had been trying to get a hold of her boss since the morning with no timeframe of when they’d get there to help or restock the place. She looked very flustered (and I don’t blame her). Aside from that the air conditioner stopped working and it got HOT quickly in there. Never again will we go. This place used to be so awesome.

Went on to pick up an order we called in, and was received by an ill hospitable server who told us the kitchen was closed when the kitchen said it closed at 9... Whatever... When we go home we noticed that our portions were smaller then usual for the large order... When we called and asked the server again told us it's "because the didn't have any bigger containers." We used to love coming here... But service has declined so much... I would recommend "Saigon Taste" on the west side... Much friendlier staff
*** Just an FYI, it was an "Abby"who waited on us .. so hopefully she's not your server ?

Took a date, and was surprised by the rude attitude. Not a good place for a date, especially two women.

You need to update your hours my boyfriend & I walked in at 8, if states on google you all close at 9pm, first of all we walk in & your 2 waitresses working last night look at their watches & they look pissed, didn’t greet us & instead yelled from across the resturant they are closing in 24minutes? I then proceed to tell her well your google page says 9pm & shes like yeah our hours are all messed up. First of all they have no manners yelling across the resturant while other people are sitting and eatting, they could of came up to us politely & told us, their attitude sucks, if they don’t want to make money, or work they should find another job & let you all hire people who are willing to work. Or simply place a note on your door that they want to close early. From what I know from serving is you dont stop serving food or giving service till your doors are closed, & you still let people fish their food & take their time.

Giving 2 stars solely based on the food being decent most of the time. Their portions are inconsistent, service is non-existent, they are ALWAYS out of something and now they charge for a “setup” for your soup if you don’t wanna split the minimal amount (regular portion for 1 bowl) they bring for everyone to share. With so many options in town, I’d give everything else a try before coming here.
