You need to update your hours my boyfriend & I walked in at 8, if states on google you all close at 9pm, first of all we walk in & your 2 waitresses working last night look at their watches & they look pissed, didn’t greet us & instead yelled from across the resturant they are closing in 24minutes? I then proceed to tell her well your google page says 9pm & shes like yeah our hours are all messed up. First of all they have no manners yelling across the resturant while other people are sitting and eatting, they could of came up to us politely & told us, their attitude sucks, if they don’t want to make money, or work they should find another job & let you all hire people who are willing to work. Or simply place a note on your door that they want to close early. From what I know from serving is you dont stop serving food or giving service till your doors are closed, & you still let people fish their food & take their time.

Giving 2 stars solely based on the food being decent most of the time. Their portions are inconsistent, service is non-existent, they are ALWAYS out of something and now they charge for a “setup” for your soup if you don’t wanna split the minimal amount (regular portion for 1 bowl) they bring for everyone to share. With so many options in town, I’d give everything else a try before coming here.

10/10 Customer Service, the waitress was very kind and sweet. Took my order in an instant and the food came out very fast. I felt like i was at my grandmas house by how much the waitress made me feel at home! There was a lady(customer) on the table next to me complaining for no reason at all(must have been a bad day for her i guess). She was demanding more food (more veggies) for no cost at all and the waitress handled the situation flawlessly. Would eat here again!

the times i’ve been there both girls have been very rude. this time i went we simply asked why they gave us a little bit of veggies for 3 large bowls that we wanted enough for the 3 bowls and they wanted to charge us(an unnecessary charge if you ask me) each person should have their own plate of veggies. after we had the discussion with the waitress we were ignored the rest of our time there and we were given attitude. as a customer service worker i know it is isn’t her fault but the attitude that came from her should not have been given. they need more customer skills and they need to stop being stingy with their 3 little jalapeños for 3 large bowls!
Small Vietnamese restaurant. Food is very tasty, well prepared and well worth the price.

Hands down, BEST pho in El Paso. Beef & Brisket Pho w Chili Oil is my go to. And their Honeydew boba, mmmmmmm.

Came here for a special occasion and there was only one server for ten tables of about five people each! As you can imagine service was VERY slow and rude. Do not come here unless you have about five hours to kill! Didn’t even get to order food got our drink order taken after sitting here for 30 minutes! Ridiculous such a damper on our special occasion!

I'm going to try very hard to find something positive to say about our take out experience here last night, I have had very positive experiences with this establishment over the years in their other locations so I was thrilled that a nearby Cimarron location was now available. On a still positive note, we ordered take out last night, we placed the call around 6, was told the food would be ready for pick up at at 6:30, I rolled in at 6:25 and was greeted by an empty restaurant and smiling faces and my order was ready to go, see this is still a positive review . THEN..I got home and this hungry couple anxiously opened our order..we were greeted first by the always delicious spring rolls ...yum..(still positive) AND then the absolutely worst entrees that we've ever wasted our money on, the chicken skewers were dry, dark meat, the bottom of the Walmart roasted chicken dry, the vast majority of that entree was a huge blob of white rice, no taste, right into the garbage with that, the handful of sliced cucumbers , iceberg lettuce and tomatoes could have come out of our week old refrigerated leftovers. My entree was a tofu veggie stir fry, the saffron rice was edible, like the other dish the rice in this entree comprised the majority of the volume of this offering. The chicken was once again, dry and unremarkable, the same with the tofu, the veggies were obviously swiped from the fridge and tossed on the rice, no taste to speak of. Sorry PTB we won't be back
