Always under staff. No one answers the phone for pre-ordering in advance. Long wait times.

I had received my spring rolls, which looked delicious, but right when I took a bite I pulled out a black hair from the inside of my roll.
My family and I are currently sick with colds. I wanted to eat something warm and soothing. I ordered the brisket steak and brisket pho, the meatball pho, and the spicy beef soup. Everything was delicious, perfectly packed, warm. Portions were great. It was a little pricey but still worth it.

Very slow
The vermicelli with grilled pork is amazing, paired with an order of lumpias and you have an awesome plate!

Great sandwich and chicken curry
I was very impressed with the spicy beef noodles! I wish there was an option to make it less spicy (couldn’t find that option online) however, it was very delicious! The neighborhood itself wasn’t too nice, too many homeless people right outside the door so I didn’t feel too safe with my 2 young children. Had to grab my order and leave immediately. Food itself was very good though! I’ll be sending my husband for order pick ups.

I got spring rolls with shrimp and it was raw. Then I got a beef sandwich something of the sorts and there was a spam like meat and I was throwing up for days straight.
i’ve been having their tofu banh mi for the last 5 years and I’m never disappointed!!! it always tastes the same - delicious!!!

Not sure why I keep trying but this place is very expensive and pho broth was lukewarm. I thought maybe its because they just opened (1115am) but it happened again two more times. It’s already a hassle ordering yourself on the screen then expected a tip for pretty much self service! Spent close to $40 for a bowl of pho and spring rolls. Bean sprouts is either old or freezer burnt. Sorry ya, I tried.

The customer service has declined. The cashier hates her job. The pho isn't as good as it was before.
