I usually love pho tre bien but this location is not great. The teenager who works at night is extremely rude. My husband and I came in at 8:15 (they close at 9) and I asked if we could eat here or if it had to be to go. The teenager (I can’t tell if it’s a boy or a girl, I’m assuming non binary) said “yes but we close at 9 so just remember that” like… that’s almost an entire hour… then while we were eating they proceeded to passively aggressively clean around our table and asked to take the chop sticks off of our table. I’m writing this at 8:30 btw. It’s only been 15 minutes and we’re both done with our meals. 30 minute before close. I would also like to add that whenever my husband would ask for things the teenager was extremely nice but the moment I asked for a to go container they just stared at me like I had things crawling out of my head. Also they took my water and I wasn’t done drinking it. I get it we all have places to be but we weren’t a last minute customer. We came almost an hour before close. Retrain there attitude

I went here and had Pho Steak. It was cooked properly, and the atmosphere was good enough for a local pho restaurant.There wasn't anything wrong with the service. However, they have a lot to improve in general.But over all a great place to go.

Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order over the phone and they gave my order to someone that claimed they paid for the order took my order and they legit got my order free.Waited more than 30 min for my order. Disappointed and they said that I was trying to get a free order. Never going back. Definitely should not be rude to your customers.

Why would you send raw meat in a order for delivery why wouldn't it be cooked there at the restaurant ??. Come on guys
