I came here for a good time and that exactly what I had, very friendly and welcoming staff like Natalie made the experience even better!

Terrible service, we are frequent customers and they are getting worse. All the waiters on their cell phones don't serve you, you have to get up to ask for things. I no longer recommend it.

Don’t waste your time or money with this place; you’ll be disappointed. Our waiter took forever to get to our table so even get us water. The place was practically empty, and we could see the waiters in plain sight. Waiter was very awkward and unprofessional. We ordered a beef/shrimp pho along with a fried rice. They messed up the order and forgot the shrimp. When I mentioned it, they brought out a little bowl with 3 whole cold shrimp in it 😂. Broth was very bland and didn’t taste like pho. Fried rice was soaked in soy sauce, extremely salty and inedible. Our waters remained empty the entire meal. This place is a joke. Will not be coming back. Nothing we had tasted remotely good, and service was terrible.

Soft opening may explain the longer wait time but food was delicious.

I work nearby and love to order their lemongrass tofu and spring rolls. Whenever I order them for takeout both are always so delicious. Today I went and sat down inside to eat and the service horrible. I ordered the lemongrass tofu, and when I received the plate, there were two long and wavy dark hairs in my food that were very clearly human hairs. I flagged down my server and he proceeded to tell me it was hair from the lemongrass when it gets cooked and that it was not real hair. He took the hair from my hands and insisted the two long, dark, and wavy hairs were from a light colored plant. I was not offered a replacement meal and was told it was safe to eat my food. Needless to say I did not eat much and wasted my money on an entree that should have been replaced. I am very sad as I liked this place a lot, but sadly I will not be returning here.

WORST SERVICE!!! Such a shame too because the food is really good. We were seated and ignored. It took 15 minutes to take our drink order. The restaurant had 2 waiters and only 4 tables were full. When we finally got out drink order taken we wanted to order our food and the waiter cut me off and said he needed to take care of another table. At that point we left. The owners are never there and you can tell. The service is terrible!

Went in today for late lunch. I wanted to take my mom for the first time. It took forever for a server to come help us out. Finally, our server came by and first thing he told us was, "I don't know who your server is so I'll take care of you." He then just stared at us and didn't say anything else. Didn't offer what we'd like to drink or anything. At this point I was getting annoyed by the poor customer service. So we placed our order. The server left and then came back and said he forgot our order. He then proceeded to tell us he forgot the order because I came across hostile. I told him he should not be blaming me for forgetting his order and that he should write it down this time. He took our order a second time but not before he made it a point to tell us once again that I was being "stand off-ish." Once he left, my mom was not feeling good anymore. This had been her first outing since she went to the hospital and it clearly was not a good experience for her. We decided to leave.

Terrible customer service and it's obvious they have no training.

The Pho here is really good, we always get the rare steak and brisket....when they actually have it. Been a couple of times we've come and they are out by dinner time which is disappointing.

One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to review the restaurants that I love in El Paso, and I Love Pho Tre Bien, whenever I visit EP I try to make a stop by this place.
The food is amazing, even though sometimes it can take some time, but worth the wait!
I personally enjoy the Beef&Potatoes and Lumpias the most, the Spring Rolls are an easy fall back. The service is excellent, Tommy was our server and he’s bright and personable, always coming around to ask if we need anything to make our time better. Lastly I enjoy the aesthetics and look of the restaurant, it’s very cozy and feels very new!
Overall I rate the restaurant a 4 out of 5! Check them out when you can!

As other reviews state, the food is not as good as it used to be. But the service is not good at all, and cleanliness needs major improvement. We waited 50 minutes for 3 soups that arrived lukewarm at best,we didn't leave because we ordered some drinks and appetizers. The only male working there was a short Asian man, who was rude to say the least, not only to the staff but to us the customer, no wonder they are always hiring I wouldn't work for a person like that either. Extremely dissapointed with our experience here.

We dine here at least once every other week. We love the food, but the service is always subpar. It is usually super slow - takes forever for someone to come take our order; takes forever for the food to come out; and impossible to get the server’s attention for water refills. The booth seats are also completely torn up/ripped. We continue to come bc the food is really good. The grilled shrimp spring rolls are delish. The chicken skewers are great. And the pho is also very good. I always wonder if there is a manager on duty to monitor the restaurant.

Like many restaurants, the quality of the food at PHO Tre Bien has deteriorated. I am vegan and found a piece of chicken in my lemon grass tofu. My husband ordered two vodka tonics with our meal and the server brought them out with no ice and no lime. Service was poor, with the server giving US a terrible attitude— including rolling of the eyes. We have been loyal customers for many years but won’t be going back.

Very respectfully nothing I had was good. The coke was pure syrup then the sprite wasn’t even sprite. If they have no sprite then say that and offer something else. Took forever to get our drinks and food. My noodles were over cooked and dissolving in my mouth when I ate them.
