Ordered a pizza through the app at 845pm and the app accepted my payment and order and said 25 min for my pizza to be done and when showed up at 904 they were closed and walking out the door already. Nobody answered the phone or anything. So now I have been charged and used some of my points I earned and got nothing because the boys that were leaving literally said “should have ordered earlier” then got in their cars and left. So now WTF!
Usually have no problems … but this time … I think I got more protein than I originally ordered ..🤢
Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread for delivery. Shouldn’t be that hard. Our order was completely wrong. THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. We had to drive to the store. They were unapologetic, didn’t offer any compensation (not even a refund for delivery, seriously?!?!). They couldn’t provide a corporate number and wouldn’t give a refund. 3 other people were in the store with wrong order issues too. HORRIBLE location and service.
